It is a beautiful property that is private and peaceful; great for families. Michaela was extremely responsive and provided thorough instructions from the beginning to end. The were certain amenities we could not use because of the season, but we did not miss them as this property has something for everyone. It was great to let the kids roam free in the safety of a fenced property and enjoy a fire at night while grilling your food. A well-stocked kitchen and myriad other amenities make this a great destination for groups and families who want to relax and enjoy.

Miejsce super cisza, spokój. Balia jest mega dużym atutem tego miejsca. W trakcie naszego pobytu nie przeszkadzało nam że na działce są łącznie 3 domki. Pełna prywatność

Miejsce totalnie nas urzekło, właścicielka przemiła, pieseł sympatyczny. Uroczy zakątek, bardzo klimatyczny. Chętnie wrócimy na dłużej, chętnie będziemy polecać dalej 🖤

Logement assez exceptionnel dans un environnement magnifique. Accueil par Ivana et Anton a été tres chaleureux. Le chalet est extrêmement agréable et super confortable, le tout avec une propreté impeccable. Equipement très complet si ce n'est un coin buanderie qui gagnerait a être réservé aux locataires. Mais il y a possibilité de laver le linge chez Ivana. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller le logement comme ses adorables propriétaires. Sylvie et Patrick

Byli jsme zde na pracovním pobytu. Chata byla skvělá, dost místa na všechno. Především bych vyzdvihnul místní restauraci pod Kaštany, určitě ji navštivte🙂

We really liked the place where we stayed. The house is beautiful and the stay was no problem. Wellness was working. The house has everything you need to spend your time comfortably and well. The beds are comfortable, the bedrooms are pleasant and cozy. Overall, we were very satisfied and we think we would like to come back here again.

Cudowne miejsce na wypoczynek! Dom położony w przepięknej, spokojnej okolicy z niesamowitym widokiem na góry. Wnętrze bardzo czyste, przytulne i dobrze wyposażone – wszystko, czego potrzeba, żeby naprawdę odpocząć.

Tolles Haus, tolles Grundstück inkl. wundervoller Details… Boot, warmes Badefass, Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder,… und und und. Einzigstes was wir ändern würden, statt den Vorhang im ersten Geschoss bei den Einzelbetten, eine Tür bauen. ;) Aber ansonsten ein wirklich gelungener Urlaub mit allem was man sich vorstellen kann. Wir kommen wieder. Danke

Wir sind zu viert angereist mit 5 Hunden. Die Hunde durften frei in dem wunderschönen eingezäunten Garten rumrennen. Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt, vor allem weil Jarek und seine Frau sehr freundlich waren. Wir hatten die ganze Zeit Privatsphäre. Man kann schön wandern in der Umgebung, uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen! ☺️

It was a really nice stay at Stepan's place. We felt right at home when we arrived. The house was great(apart from the freezing first night but once the house is heated up, it's perfect) Stepan was great but the best part was Gandalf the cat, he was so so so adorable. I think we will have to come back in the future, 3 nights were clearly not enough

Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Der kleine Skihang liegt ganz in der Nähe u d ist perfekt für Anfänger geeignet. Hinterm Haus konnten die Kinder durch die ruhige Lage Rodeln oder herumtoben. Zudem ist die Gastgeberin sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Le logement était parfait pour 2 couples, très bien équipé, confortable et très bien situé. Le sauna (en option) était très agréable. Malgré la barrière de la langue tout était parfait et notre séjour était plus qu'agréable.

Ubytování je super. V zimních měsících se snadno vytopí. Vhodné pro cestování se psem.

Nádherné ubytování doladěné do detailu s veškerým vybavením s krásnou zahradou s rybníčkem a se soukromým posezením přímo před vchodem do ubytování. Skvělá lokalita kousek od Prachovských skal. Rychlá komunikace s hostitelkou, která byla velice příjemná. Byli jsme ubytovaní s miminkem i psem. Užili jsme si to a moc doporučuji všem.

Bardzo dziękujemy za kolejny pobyt u Antoniego! Naprawdę uwielbiamy wracać do tego domu – ma niesamowity klimat, z kominkiem, który nadaje mu ciepła i domowego charakteru. Kuchnia jest świetnie wyposażona, zmywarka, czysta pościel, ręczniki – wszystko, co potrzebne, by czuć się jak w domu. A do tego świetna wiata na grilla! Miejscowość Sboboba nad Upa ma bardzo dobre połączenia autobusowe, które łatwo zabiorą Was na cudowne szlaki. Blisko znajdują się także bar, sklep i restauracja. Kontakt z Antonem zawsze bardzo miły i pomocny. Dziękujemy serdecznie i na pewno wrócimy!

Everything was absolutely amazing, perfect stay for hiking in the Carpathians. We kinda overlooked that we needed to bring toilet paper and towels, other than that it was absolutely great!

Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten auch einen Holzschlitten und diverse Po Rutscher zur freien Verfügung. Danke. Sehr sauber, großes Kinderzimmer, gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns hat lediglich ein Backofen gefehlt und auch eine Kochplatte mehr (gab 2) wäre schön gewesen , das ist aber das einzige. Heute bei der Abreise, hat jemand die Löcher der Zufahrtsstraße aufgefüllt, jetzt gelangt man auch wieder besser zum Häuschen ;-) Wir empfehlen es weiter.

Wir haben das Haus mit der großen Familie über Ostern gebucht und es war eine perfekte Zeit! Der große Tisch im Wohnbereich bietet Platz für alle, der Ofen hatte die Etage nach kurzer Zeit warm geheizt. Holz ist inbegriffen und reichlich verfügbar. Die Tischtennisplatte war dauerhaft belegt, im Außenbereich kann man ebenfalls gemütlich in großer Runde sitzen. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, gut für Hundebesitzer! Alle haben sich sofort wohl gefühlt, kein SchnickSchnack im Haus aber dafür für viel Charme und Charakter.

Great accomodation! The house is new, modernly furnished, very clean and well equipped. We didn´t miss anything. We had a great time in this beautiful holiday home. Liberec and the surrounding area are absolutely worth a trip. There is a lot to discover. Check-in was very easy. Contact and communication with the host was always professional, uncomplicated and very friendley. One day we will come back.

We stayed at Helena’s house while being on a roadtrip to Poland, Slovakia and Hungary. It looks and feels brand new. It’s well equipped and we had 2 very quiet nights of sleep. The owners are very friendly and George told us lots of stories and gave us some nice hiking tips and even tried to beat us with table tennis. Ok, he won ;) We would love to come back some time!

To naprawdę stary, zabytkowy dom z niesamowitym klimatem, a jednocześnie wygodny. Byliśmy zimą, dom jest ciepły i przytulny. Jest przestronnie i wygodnie. Gospodarze mili i pomocni.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, der Ofen sorgt für angenehme Wärme im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt viel Platz für zwei Erwachsene und fünf Kinder. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen und Spielen ein, die Feuerstelle erfreut die Kinder. Sehr schöne Aussichtspunkte sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar, mit dem Auto gibt es jede Menge Ausflugsziele in die wunderschönen Berge und Wälder. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten und zur Erholung. Ich konnte dort malen und zeichnen, in der schönen Landschaft gibt es viel zu entdecken. Das Dorf ist unglaublich schön. Urige Restaurant (auch mit gutem vegetarischen Essen) und Kneipen sind im Ort. Sehr nette, gastfreundliche Menschen habe ich getroffen. Ich werde sicher wieder kommen. Vielen Dank und alles Gute.
