Beautiful home with lots of little special touches. Great for a family with dogs. We didn't have any kids, but the house had lots to keep kids busy!

Rowan’s place was a perfect fit for us. Loved the decor, the bedrooms were great and the bathrooms were very nice! Loved having the fenced in yard for our dog too! And, the location was great, so close to Old Town.

The perfect place to stay in Greeley. The house has everything you could need and the backyard is great for dogs. I will definitely book again next time I am in the area.

Perfect house for our visit to the Denver area. Clean, comfortable, spacious, close to all the places we wanted to see during our trip, and Marcus was easy to communicate with.

Trish's space was perfect for our family. I liked the kitchen space and there was a lot of room to spread out. Good location. Not far from CSU and Old Town. Liked that it was right by one of many hiking trails. My daughter's loved playing the baby grand!

Tamara’s place was perfect for our weekend in Windsor! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The location was convenient, and Tamara was very responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb and hope to return in the future!

My stays here have always been enjoyable, as the home is so clean and bright, and the hosts so welcoming. The location is nice and convenient, as shops and restaurants are nearby, and the freeway is relatively close. Dianne and John set out a few holiday decorations, so the apartment felt festive. My 24 night stay was wonderful, and I look forward to returning.

My Son and I stayed here.We where looking for a place in Colorado that give us access to both hiking and different cities to explore.This place definitely did that plus more!!The peaceful setting and very well set up unit was extremely nice.Tim was a excellent host and great to talk with.We had beautiful warm weather during our stay and a decent snow storm on our last day.Even if you dont want to leave the unit at all.....Tim has it all set up well for that too!!

Great location! Needed a place to stay for a dental procedure and this was 3 minutes away. Some neat places to eat just North.

We booked a last minute trip to Estes and this was perfect. There was a full kitchen with many things provided which was great to cook at home rather than eating out for every meal. The location was very close to downtown (walkable) and a quick drive to Rocky National Park. The place was incredibly clean. Instructions were great. I would book here again.

A great location (right next to the Fort Collins Pools!) that was perfect for walking to campus and downtown. We loved being able to walk to dinner, grab coffee at any of the many nearby coffee shops, and explore old town. The apartment was great for two, but the bunk beds in the living room would have been perfect for little ones if needed :)

Sonja's basement apartment worked really well for my purposes. I stayed for a week and it felt like home! It's situated in a comfortable neighborhood and although you're in the basement of a house, it felt private. I did not hear any noises above me like some previous reviews stated. Everything was peaceful and quiet for the entire time I was there. Having a fully functional kitchen and laundry machines was great. When I had a question, Sonja called me back almost immediately to answer it. I'd highly recommend!

El alojamiento de Joyce es muy cómodo, acogedor y modesto, cuenta con todo lo que un viajero puede necesitar. Esta en una área muy linda, limpia y segura para caminar y desplazarse tranquilamente o si desea también hay transporte público muy cerca. Para visitas al CSU esta a minutos caminando. Después de un día de mucha actividad el alojamiento esta equipado para tomar un buen descanso, el vecindario es muy silencioso. Lo recomiendo por su costo beneficio y volveríamos al alojamiento de Joyce.

The property is terrific - clean, full of amenities and in a great location. Appreciated the parking spot right outside the door as well. Host immediately responded to a check-in question and provided detailed instructions in advance of both check-in and check-out. Recommend the property and would absolutely stay here again. We absolutely loved our stay! The place was SO clean and organized. Maria had so many toiletries for if you forgot anything, makeup remover towels, fans, shovels, iron, and anything else you could think of that you might need. The bed was SO comfortable and the tvs were great and very easy to navigate as well. The hot tub was very nice and clean with such a great view. It was so cozy and wonderful. My husband and I loved the unique art on the walls. Maria was SO quick to respond and was so helpful with anything we needed. It was so wonderful! We would go back tomorrow!

I enjoyed staying at Nataliya's condo very much. Clean, quiet, and in a great location. I especially appreciated the private outdoor space. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen well-stocked with what I needed to do my own cooking. I'd definitely stay here again! Thank you!

If you are looking for an affordable place that is close to downtown without being in it, this is a great choice. The house was comfortable for us 4 guests and my dog, easy to find things in the home, in a quiet spot, and right behind a creek which added to the atmosphere. There's a pub right next door as well. The hosts sent a lot of communication and gave us a heads up about the weekend weather, and were always friendly and responsive. I dont have anything but great things to say about the rental and hosts. This will definitely be an option for lodging again in the future.

Wow!! Evans place is amazing! My family and I loved everything about it. Location was perfect. We could walk everywhere downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park was just a short drive. The condo had plenty of space. The upstairs loft skylight was beautiful. Evan was so quick to respond to our questions. We will definitely stay there again!!

We were there for a wedding at black canyon inn and it couldn’t be any closer to the venue. Host was communicative, the place was clean and well-stocked. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
