Situé à 7 minutes à pied de Jourdain et 15 minutes des Buttes Chaumont vous trouverez très facilement tout type de commerces de bouche et terrasses. Le metro le plus proche se situe à 5 minutes à pied. C'est la ligne 11, et en 23 minutes vous vous retrouvez à Chatelet au centre de Paris ! En ce qui concerne le 20ème c'est un merveilleux arrondissement qui bouge énormément. L'essayer c'est l'adopter !

Je vous confie pour un temps mon appartement en plein centre de Paris, des quartiers historiques et branchés et pourtant très calme car sur cour. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour se distraire à pieds autour: petits restaurants, musées,théâtres, cafès, boutiques à la mode et population bigarèe. Je suis toujours joignable par téléphone et messagerie et une personne sur place peut toujours venir vous aider. Profitez bien de Paris dans les meilleures conditions!

Located at the crossroads of many trendy districts: Bastille, Oberkampf, the Canal Saint Martin while being located in a quieter area. The apartment is located on the 6th floor (accessible by elevator) to offer you an unobstructed view of the Parisian rooftops, and even the Eiffel Tower from the bathroom window and make it a very pleasant and bright place to live.

Loft avec vue situé entre Belleville et Jourdain, deux des quartiers les plus cool de Paris ! Le Métro est au pied de la maison (République en 10 minutes, Châtelet en 15 min). République peut aussi être rejoint en 15 minutes à Pied. L’appartement est reposant, lumineux et cosy. Je suis très chanceux d'y habiter et serais heureux de partager cet endroit.
