25 min drive to Jiminy Peak ski resort & 10 min to June Farms. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the lakefront great room. Relax by the fireplace or unwind in the cozy TV room. A spacious kitchen makes cooking easy. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (2 king, 2 queen, all w/ desks) + 4 full baths (3 w/ showers, 1 w/ tub). Enjoy seasonal lake access, dock, and deck. Enjoy 120-acres of beautiful farmland while you stay in your very own Hobbit house! Nestled in the hills of Hudson Valley, June Farms is a gorgeous animal sanctuary. During your stay, you will be able to meet our Shire horses, Scottish highland cows, Gloucestershire spotted pigs, Nigerian dwarf goats, many chickens and ducks! You'll enjoy a private 1 bedroom apartment including a full size bed in the bedroom, living room with pull-out sofa and smart TV, full kitchen, bathroom and bonus work space or dining room. Off street parking, free WiFi and breakfast included. My home is a quick 5 min walk to Emma Willard School, 1.5 miles to RPI, and 2 miles to Russell Sage College. The unit is on the 2nd floor of an owner-occupied house. Please ask me any questions!

This second-floor apartment features beautiful marble fireplace, plenty of natural light, peaceful stay. The river view is accessible behind the building. The Troy downtown area is less than three miles away. There are seven other units available in the building for a larger party. We have security cameras in the common areas of first floor hallway, second floor hallway, third floor hallway, there is no cameras inside of the listed units.
