Stayed in this lovely loft for a few days on a trip to Southend. Felt very homely and had everything we could have needed. Great that the tv was all set up with the apps and easy to watch all the streaming services, and games and books available if we fancied a night in. Cupboard was stocked with essentials for cooking and the coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Peaceful, excellent value and suitable for a family stay. It is short walk to the beach and there are good restaurants and shops nearby. Good bus transport links to some touristic places.

This place is a slice of heaven, okay it's a little more expensive than others but if you can I highly recommend that you splurge on this place. The space itself is blissful and surrounded by wonderful wildlife, the swimming lake is clean and fresh. The communication was amazing and Emma couldn't do more to help us during our stay. we had a massage on the jetty with Donna as we were lucky enough to have great weather. There is a lovely pub, restaurant and vineyard within walking distance. The local secret vineyard bottle of wine we were gifted from the team was very tasty. If you're considering it then go for it.

The Windmill was an idyllic place to stay. It has been beautifully restored to a very high standard and I would recommend it to anyone who would appreciate all the comfortable quirkiness it has to offer. The history surrounding the windmill and the restoration involved was a fascinating read and really helped us appreciate the love and devotion that has been bestowed on it. Josh, the owners son was incredibly friendly and helpful during our visit and we would not hesitate to return again one day. Thank you.

Location, location, location! This is a great location for any tourist, it is safe and walkable to the Tower Bridge, crow jewels, Borough Market, London Bridge, Spitalfields Market, the underground, restaurants and so much more. The hosts is very responsive and happy to provide recommendations. Great communication before, during and afterwards. It is a very family friendly place too.

Loved this AirBnb - loved having breakfast with great views of the sea. And a fantastic claw-foot tub to relax!
