This unique pair of brand new passive style houses are conveniently located along the view side of town overlooking Kachemak Bay, the Homer Spit, and the core of town. It embodies passive design and incredible light with floor to ceiling south facing view windows in bedrooms as well as open plan great rooms in each unit.
