One glance at the adorable guestbook lets you know the level of care and consideration that they put into every aspect of their property. We stayed as a family with one child, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. Odawara is a wonderful, vibrant, and entirely friendly city that is bound to blow up in tourism over the next few years. Everything is four minutes away -- the station, Don Quijote, Daiso, dinner options, family breakfast chains, a bus to Yunessun. I will definitely be back, and hopefully able to stay at this exact same spot.

Wonderful stay in Odawara! Train station was extremely close, as well as cool areas to explore like Odawara Castle and Miyuki beach. It’s also a quick train ride to Hakone as well as other areas to see Mount Fuji. The apartment was beautifully decorated and offered many complimentary items for guests. Super quiet too. Loved it!

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

Love the location! Right in the middle of a really nice neighborhood with convenience stores and a grocery store within a walkable distance! Would love to stay here again with good weather for a few months on if I could! Maybe someday soon! 🙏🏾

Wir sind dankbar für die Tage in Kamakura .. auch ein längerer Aufenthalt würde sich dort lohnen! Die Treppen sind tatsächlich eine Schwachstelle, aber kann man in Kauf nehmen.

Small home away from home! Very nice apartment in a really lovely neighbourhood. Very walkable to great Cafes, restaurants and surfshops. Clean and pristine apartment with no mould or scum. Loved the separate shower and toilet/basin. Would recommend to others and would stay again!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal bei Yoko und wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist unglaublich groß und alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und Yoko hat sich gut um uns gekümmert, sie hat sogar extra etwas für uns gekocht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Akira-san is very helpful host! He gave us a lot recommendations, like a place to eat and where to find a cheaper souvenirs! His place is clean and already furnished. Thank you a lot, Akira-san!

Cleanliness & Comfort The room was impeccably clean, with modern decor and a very comfortable bed. I felt at home the moment I walked in. Although the train station is just nearby to the room but I dont feel the sound of the train affect my stay. Amenities The amenities were top-notch like WIFI, kitchen, washing machine. I especially enjoyed the availability parking during night night time , which made my stay even more special. Overall Experience Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, offers a perfect blend of comfort and fantastic service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

非常棒的地方！整潔舒適又安靜，離海邊走路2分鐘，附近除了日式料理、也有不少低調西式fine dining，若想來享受寧靜的度假時光，非常推薦

Beau logement fonctionnel, bien équipé et bien placé pour visiter à la fois la presqu’île d’Enoshima à pied et Kamakura en train de.

Très bon emplacement avec une voiture surtout. On a aimé le côté un peu "dans son jus" et le calme...
