The Ninja House was great. There were even ninja costumes and ninja toys for kids to play with. My son, who is seven, said he would recommend it to any kid who wants to go there. My friend and I wondered if there was any way to improve the space, and we couldn’t think of a single way to make it more of a Ninja house. On top of that, Naomi and her team are FABULOUS!! I have already recommended it to a friend!

A modern and comfortable stay. Perfect walking distance to Dontonbori. The host was very friendly and communicated well. We had a group of 6 and it was very spacious. Would recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement était propre et fonctionnel. Les gares de train et de bus ne sont pas trop éloignés. Des konbini, des restaurants et même des supermarchés sont à proximité.

Tivemos orientações detalhadas sobre a estadia e localização, não tivemos dificuldade para chegar ao local e muito bem sinalizado. A casa corresponde ao anúncio e os hosts foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Nos receberam e orientaram sobre a casa e fizeram questão de se despedir de nós. Agradecemos a hospedagem e esperamos retornar novamente.

Koichi was very friendly and accommodating. The stay was exactly as described and the whole process was very smooth and simple. Nice area with a McDonald’s close by and Fushimi Inari within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The location is great, you can walk to Gion from there relatively quickly and it’s a nice walk down the river. The place was super clean and nice. The host is very responsive and helpful. Great stay, definitely recommend this property.

This place was absolutely stunning! Definitely one of the highlights of my Japan trip. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was blown away by how beautiful the cottage was, & how attentive the hosts were. We were given tons of local recommendations upon arriving, & it felt nice to have a peaceful stay away from the hustle & bustle of the city. If you ever plan on visiting Kyoto, I can’t recommend staying here enough!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gemütlich. Größtenteils war es sehr sauber vorallem das Bad und das Bett, hier und da waren ein paar staubige Stellen. Darüber kann man aber hinweg schauen. Der Gastgeber war super erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

Staying at Anita's house was really nice. Anita gave us very detailed information on how to get to her house so we had no trouble getting there. Anita's house is small, but it was enough for the six of us. It's small, but compact, and has everything we need. We felt very comfortable staying at her house. The house is clean and I think Anita has renovated the house, so there are two rooms that are completely closed all the way up. Thank you very much, Anita. Someday, if we come back to Osaka, maybe we will consider staying there again! God bless!

Loved our stay. Easy to find and check in. We had everything we needed for 4 adults. Location was super walkable to everything while being just far enough to have a rest from dontonburi (less than 10 min walk). Beds were super comfy too. Yui and team were very kind and sweet leaving goodies (cookies, desserts, etc) for us which was a pleasant surprise. Overall great stay and I would stay again if visiting Osaka with a small group.

Super nice place to stay. The location closed with the train station, supermarkets, restaurants as well. Royce was super helpful, kind and friendly. I still remember when my husband accidentally left his bag in the train, Royce help us without hesitate to contact the officer of the lost&found department and he guide us how to get our bag back. We really appreciate it for Royce help. 🙂

The photos accurately reflect the actual space, and all the listed amenities are available. Our group of five had large suitcases, yet the place still felt very spacious. There are plenty of shops in the surrounding area. The only minor issue was that Google Maps directs you to the back of the building rather than the front, but the hosts clearly explain this in their instructions, making it easy to find.

Le logement est conforme aux photos et la description. Il est propre, bien rangé. L’emplacement est idéal, nous avons quasiment tout fait à pied, il est très bien situé. Le lit peut être un peu petit pour deux adultes mais l’hôte a été réactif et nous a amené un matelas d’appoint ! C’était top ! La communication avec Hiroki était très bien, et nous avons pu quitter le logement plus tard que l’heure prévu. Si nous revenons à OSAKA sans hésiter je reprendrai ce logement. Merci Hiroki pour ce séjour.

Royce was an excellent host, if we needed something he was available and helped us right away! The apartment is fun, it is large comparing to Japan’s sizes and it had everything we needed. There is a supermarket literally across the street that is open until 22:00 and a dvd store down the street that we went and got some movies to watch on a sick day. Bed is comfy, we even cooked dinner which we couldn’t in the other apartments during the trip. Public transportation in Kyoto is not as great as it is in Tokyo but the apartment is 7 min away from the train station which was nice. Location wise keep in mind the apartment is around 30 min bus/train ride from Kyoto’s touristy areas. Value for money - great! Thank you Royce for a great time in Kyoto!!
