We had a fantastic stay at the wonderful house. We received such a nice welcome from Elisabeth who is super kind and loved the house and garden which was even nicely decorated for Easter, we really appreciated that! We felt immediately at home and our daughter loved the toys in the house. The house has everything that you need and is a short walk from the city centre. We found it the perfect location for exploring Vienna and the beautiful surroundings. We highly recommend to stay here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ wir hatte neinen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Barbaras Unterkunft! Von der ersten Minute an fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Barbara war eine großartige Gastgeberin – immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und voller nützlicher Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden, und die ruhige Nachbarschaft sorgt für entspannte Abende. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch! Vielen Dank, Barbara!

Wieder einmal ein paar ruhige Tage im Waldviertel verbracht. Leider war das Wetter sehr verregnet. Dafür war es im Haus umso gemütlicher. Und dem Pudel hat der große Garten trotz Schlechtwetter gut gefallen.

Das Appartment ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Aber für unsere Pläne bestens geeignet. Wir haben sehr Sehenswürdigkeiten erkundet. Im Appartement war wirklich alles vorhanden was man sich nur wünschen kann! Habe es schon sehr viel anders erlebt. Die Betten waren ausgezeichnet.

Wir haben tolle 4 Tage im Waldviertel verbracht. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, weil wir zu allen besuchten Ausflugszielen (nö card: Unterwasserreich Schrems, Blockheide, Minidampfbahn, Solefelsen Bad) unter 15 Minuten gebraucht haben. Die beiden Kids (3 &6) waren zudem begeistert vom vielen Spielzeug im Haus. Da waren sie dann vor und nach den Ausflügen auch super beschäftigt. Ansonsten alles sauber, alles vorhanden, sogar Kaffeetabs und was zu Trinken stand bereit. Ich kann das Ferienhaus daher nur weiterempfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

We stayed here for several weeks and everything was great. The owner is very helpful and kind. We will definitely return if we have the chance. A great place for business trips and longer stays. 😊

we had a wonderful stay at Rüdiger's place. the house is beautiful, sunny, and there was enough space for everyone to be comfortable and everything was clean. Sauna was great. the kitchen was well equipped for all meals that some of the things we bought were unnecessary; even had 2 coffee machines! the forest in the area is great for both long and short walks. it is a really peaceful area for a quiet getaway from the city. Rüdiger himself was super nice and helpful, and always answered questions patiently. He obviously takes care of the place well and it really felt like it. I would really recommend the place!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und sehr ruhige Umgebung. Die Gastgeberin ist auch ziemlich freundlich. 10 Minuten zu Bushaltestelle gut erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr gut, alles war makellos und schön eingerichtet. Ich würde gerne wieder dort übernachten.

Sehr gemütliches, großes und blitzsauberes Apartment. Wirkt sehr neu und toll in Schuss. Wir haben auch den Garten/die Wiese vorm Haus und den den Kräutergarten sehr genossen 💚 Horst ist außerdem superfreundlich und hilfsbereit!

Fabulous accomodation !! Lukas and Karin are super super hosts. We have had the most memorable stay especially being my 60th birthday 🎂 🍾 Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, a 10 min drive to the train station getting you into the heart of Vienna in about 15-20 mins. Supermarket 5 mins up the road and parking in the street front. Spotlessly clean with all amenities, the most awesome fluffy bath sheets !! Great recommendations and always quick to respond. Ian loved his golf game aswell, thanks Lukas. Highly recommend and would love to return.

Wir waren zu zweit in Wien und hätten uns kein besseres Airbnb wünschen können! Die Wohnung war riesig, top ausgestattet und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal: eine schöne, ruhigere Gegend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Elham, die Gastgeberin, die uns super herzlich empfangen hat – man hat sich durch ihre hilfsbereite Art sofort willkommen gefühlt. Rundum perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

krásné čisté ubytování s okny do klidného vnitrobloku. navštívili jsme i s dvouletou dcerou, pro kterou byla připravená jídelní židlička a hračky. Kuchyň skvěle vybavená, sprcha v kuchyni nám v ničem nevadila. Po večerním uspání dcery v hlavním pokoji jsme se ve dvou pohodlně vešli do kuchyně/na balkon a mohli ještě v klidu posedět.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delia's. Away from the touristy area but still within very easy reach with the tram right by the front door, bus over in the side street. We would certainly stay at Delia's when we next return to Vienna.

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!

Krásný a moderně zrekonstruovaný apartmán

Real nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood, just like fifteen minutes from the train station. From there, you’re in downtown Vienna in another 15, easy. So in the end, you are pretty close to the heart of Vienna, but far enough from the noise and hustle. I totally recommend checking out Mödling - real charming little town with a lot to offer. The apartment itself super clean, spacious, and really well equipped. No complains. If it’s available next time, I’d definitely be happy to rent it again.
