Beautiful and peaceful 42.5 m2 apartment with a French door balcony in the heart of Helsinki. Find everything nearby - restaurants, boutiques, parks and culture. This one's a gem! Fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed and livingroom area with sofa-bed for two makes this suitable for a solo traveller, a couple, a family or a small group of friends (accommodates 2-4 travellers). Also baby crib available upon request. Building has an elevator and is also ideal to guests with a wheelchair.

Cozy studio close to Downtown!

This cute little studio accommodates nicely two guests! The rooms have high ceilings, and there is a beautiful view of the quiet inner courtyard. You will find plenty of restaurants, galleries, and the seaside within a few block, just 15 minutes from the center. The living room, connects to the open kitchen. The 140 cm wide bed sleeps two. The bathroom has a washing machine. Apart from the kitchen and the bathroom, the apartment has been newly renovated. My parents are my co-hosts. Welcome!

Toimiva 31 neliön yksiö aivan Helsingin ydinkeskustassa. Asunto sijaitsee julkisivuremontoidussa 1911 rakennetussa Jugend-talossa. Talo sijaitsee rauhallisella kadulla mutta kuitenkin täysin pääkaupungin ydinkeskustassa, kaikkien palveluiden läheisyydessä. Asunnossa on valoisat isot ikkunat, iso parivuode (180x200 cm), parvisänky (160x200cm), nopea internet, keittiö (mikroaaltouuni, keraaminen liesi, astianpesukone, jääkaappi, kattilat), ja kylpyhuone kuivaavalla pyykinpesukoneella.

Additionally, enjoy seamless access to public transportation, ensuring convenience and ease during your stay.

A perfect base in the heartbeat of the city. Our location is one of the best in town; next to you are streets filled with vintage shops, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and art. The trains run nearby, but you can easily walk everywhere; for example, you can head to the sea or the market hall on foot. Since we wanted to furnish the apartment with the world’s best products, we’ve combined Finnish Artek furniture with Italian Missoni textiles. We also have a Frame TV for rainy days.

From here you can quickly walk everywhere in the center and all public transport stops within a few minutes' walking distance. The narrow 120x200cm double bed has a firm, ergonomically designed Tempur mattress, that is particularly fit for those who appreciate strong support. Clean bed sheets and towels are included. The kitchen has all the necessities for cooking.

Centrally located, quiet, and compact studio apartment. With 17 m² of space and a high 3.5 m ceiling, it feels larger than its size suggests. The window faces the inner yard, keeping it peaceful despite the central location next to Hietsu Market. A 10-minute walk takes you to the city center. The double bed (200×140 cm) has a high-quality latex mattress with memory foam topper. The studio also offers fast Wi-Fi, streaming services, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Meillä on käytössä itsepalvelukirjautuminen ja avain noudetaan asunnon läheltä avainboksista. Yöaikaan sisäänkirjautuminen ei valitettavasti ole mahdollista.
