The home is conveniently located approximately 5 minutes from KC Winery and 1 minute from Gardner Golf course. No parties or gatherings are to be held at the lake house.

(5 minutes to downtown Baldwin City, 15 minutes to Lawrence, Ks., 30 minutes to Olathe, Ks., 1 hour to Arrowhead Stadium). The lodge sits on a working corn and soybean farm.
