Thank you for this survey but it asks all the wrong questions. The place was well located and clean. It was close to all the sights and in a great neighborhood. However, the check in time was too late. I would have liked to be able to check in at 12 pm as it was inconvenient for us and there was no place for us to leave our bags. We had to pay to store our bags. Check out time was also too early. Check out time should have been at least noon or 1 pm. This would have allowed us to walk around, have breakfast and pack without hurry. While I understand that hotels have industry standards...the reason we chose to stay at an Airbnb is because check out times are usually later. Basically, we were allowed to stay there for a total of 8 hours. It is outrageous and NOT welcoming t all. I felt rushed and I was unable to relax due to the early check out time. To the point that at 10 am exactly the cleaning personnel arrived at our door to kick us out. Not welcoming at all.

It's a great place for the price. The location is good; it's near shinjuku station and harajuku. The only thing is the apartment is located right in the red-light district of Kabukicho.

This is our second stay at Hiz hotel. We loved it the first time so we came again. This time we got the 2BR suite and it was great. Location in Ginza is great, just a short 1 stop ride to Ginza, and also easily walkable. Short walk to Tokyo station, for easy connections and lots of eateries on level 1 and Ramen Street. We would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

We loved our stay at the port house. Great location and facilities. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall very good value for money.

บ้านพักน่าอยู่ สะดวกสบายดีค่ะ มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ เด็กๆ ชอบมาก เดินไกลนิดนึง แต่ถ้าไม่ลากกระเป๋าเปลี่ยนที่พักบ่อยๆ ก็ไม่ลำบากอะไร เจ้าของห้องให้ข้อมูลต่างๆ ครบถ้วนดีมากค่ะ โดยรวมคือประทับใจมากค่ะ

Amazing location! It’s in the “Korea-town” of Tokyo, always something happening at night with its bbq restaurants, bars and cute cosmetics shops. It’s also a walkable distance to Shinjuku but far enough away that you’re not in the thick of its crowds. Do note that the place is quite small but I’ve heard that that’s the norm for any room within central Tokyo. Having said that, it worked for what we needed - a crash pad that’s centrally located.

Great place. Clean. Comfortable. Will return when we visit Tokyo again!

Amazing location! Walking distance from lots of great shops, bars and restaurants. Great place to stay. Would comment if you're tall (I'm 6"2), you'll have to duck through doorways to avoid hitting your head.

We loved Sohei’s place! Really homely in a great neighbourhood. The projector was a brilliant addition too. Would recommend the Saigon restaurant in Komae to anyone staying. Easy to get in and out of central Tokyo. Thank you!

I had an amazing time. The location was perfect and conveniently located near a station and was very easy to get to. The house was very lovely. Host and co-host were very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our family had a lovely time in sleepy Imaichi very proximal to Nikkō and so appreciated Kaoru's hospitality. Her functional guest house located by the Family Mart is very comfortable, spacious, and clean and was reasonably quiet despite its location off a main road. We appreciated the ability to wash clothes (hang to dry). Our children loved sleeping in the upstairs tatami rooms on comfortable mats. Kaoru's rapid responsiveness to communication and helpful guidance were impressive from start to finish. We really enjoyed long walks/running in the proximal forest and visiting an amazing 7th generation sake brewery (Wanatabe Sahei Shouten) two blocks away. There is an excellent supermarket two blocks away. We had an amazing & fun dinner with Masako and her team in a tiny izakaya restaurant (1126 Imaichi). Access to both train stations within 5 minutes' walk was perfect for arriving from/departing to Tokyo via Imaichi with additional access to Nikkō via Shin-Imaichi. Arigato, Kaoru!

Great place to stay. Super convenient right next to the subway and train station. The place was very roomy and comfortable.

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement près de la gare meguro. L’appartement était grand pour Tokyo et parfait pour 4 personnes. Les hôtes nous ont laissé beaucoup de serviettes. Je recommande

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal bei Yoko und wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist unglaublich groß und alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und Yoko hat sich gut um uns gekümmert, sie hat sogar extra etwas für uns gekocht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!
