Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

A full equipped bathroom (including a waching machine) is also situated on the ground floor.
