For work trips or friends travelling there is a sofa bed available £25 extra charge for linen.

Convenient for the races, events at Springwood, beautiful countryside and just an hours drive from Edinburgh.

One hour by car from Edinburgh, 35 mins from Lindisfarne and 45 mins from Bamburgh. If you'd like to leave the car at home and cycle to us it is 13 miles from the station at Berwick-upon-Tweed. Tucked away down a small lane, you can walk or cycle from the door or simply sit and watch the wildlife.
