We stayed at Quasim's place for one night beacaue we were travellinv the next morning but after getting there we wished we would have stayed there the whole time we were in London. Quasim's place is so clean and very close to the town area and Gatwick Airport. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. It is perfect for large families, my group was five of us. Whenever I am visiting London again I will definitely be staying here.

Really enjoyed my trip to Brighton, the room was great Comfortable bed, everything tidy and ready, self check in and check out Very responsive hosts too

Awesome location, Melanie is an amazing host! So welcoming, and the breakfast was wonderful! The common area is also nice and the rooms are quaint. I didn’t want to knock a star for these few things, but just to inform: 1) the walls are quite thing; if you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise (can hear surroundings) 2) was unfortunately quite hot; the fan isn’t super strong and the window doesn’t catch a good breeze so in the summer it’s definitely toasty at night Overall though really appreciate the hospitality 🙏 thank you for everything

Melanie helped us out after another host let us down and all of our party loved our stay. Beds comfortable, bathrooms and rooms immaculate and an amazing breakfast! Would recommend to anyone hiking in the area and we will be stopping through again! Many thanks to the whole team!

The room was clean and comfortable. The food in the pub was excellent, with warm and friendly service.

A very comfortable stay in an absolutely stunning setting. We very much appreciated Victoria's hospitality and excellent breakfasts in the sunny garden. Thanks to the unusually warm weather the outdoor pool was still open for use - an excellent facility if you're a proper swimmer. Refreshing swims and the separate pool changing and shower room really added to our stay.

Beautiful room, quiet, and stunning surroundings! I stayed in one of their garden rooms, which was so peaceful, with its own outside area. Perfect for sunny days, looking over the water. Watched the heron fly over the water and perch in a tree, through breakfast. Lovely experience thank-you!

The lodge is located in a beautiful corner of East Sussex and the owners have created an equally beautiful place to enjoy as a retreat and comfortable place to recharge yourself. Everything is as described and then a bit better too. The owners and staff doing everything possible to make you welcome and happy. Highly recommend.

A dream place! One of the best airbnb’s we have ever stayed. The place is so peaceful and beautiful we can’t recommend enough. It is very clean and beautifully designed. I came for a quick winter break with my son and we had a fantastic stay. The annexe had everything we needed. There were lots of games to keep us busy in the evening & smart TV was easy to use. There was wine and chocolates which were appreciated and everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was really comfortable too- had a great sleep! The Wi-Fi is also really good here- I did have to work there for a few hours and it managed just fine which was a relief. We also loved the location, the annexe is on a quiet farm, when we were relaxing in the hot tub, all we could hear was nature and wildlife. In terms of the surrounding area we went to the Queen Elizabeth country park to walk the trails there, the trails were really well marked- this place is also great for bikes. Overall we had a great time with the highlights being the hot tub and quiet location. Thank you for a lovely stay!

One night stay. Fantastic location but I had to leave early morning so missed out on that.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten waren super. John ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir waren absolut begeistert. Wir hatten mit John eine super Zeit und sehr viel Spaß. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. John hat uns jeden Tag zum Festival of Speed gefahren und wieder abgeholt. Einfach super. Wir können es nur empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
