Soo has an exceptional apartment right in downtown Augusta. Impeccably clean with a modern layout. More than enough for what I needed during my stay. Free parking right out front is a huge benefit. Great restaurants within a few min walk. I'll be visiting sometime next year and intend to stay here again.

The property is very nice, conveniently located to many things and with nice views. Great communication with the co-hosts enabled the entire stay to go well. I highly recommend this property and the host.

Perfect stay, even during the winter!

Such a great space! As with Glen’s other lofts I have stayed, this was a convenient location that was clean and comfortable. Appreciate the coffee/tea K-cups and blackout curtains. Would be happy to stay there again!

Nothing fancy but better than advertised view of the lake. Only noise we encountered were loons so if you want peace and quiet, this place works. Basically you turn into the Augusta Country Club parking lot which is the road to the colony of homes Mark's place is in. A little tough to see the road sign at night. Will rent again and would love to play ACC, looks like a great course.

Great location, waterfront, and the host is Very responsive. The host regularly checks on you to make sure everything is going well. Great service.

Glen provided me with another beautiful apartment to rent while working down in the Augusta area. Apartment is close to downtown Augusta and has great restaurants on first level of building

Extremely peaceful and relaxing! The rental is more like a home than a cottage/camp with its recent tasteful, pleasing, and very functional renovations (the flooring was well done and looked great; the mini-split system made it very comfortable even when it was in the 90’s; and, the new furnishings were attractive and comfortable). We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

We went to Jon’s place for our yearly Ice fishing trip. We had 8 guys there and were comfortable. House was clean with towels and linens for us in the rooms and extras in the closets. Place is right on the water and we had a blast using the fire pit outside while Ice Fishing.. Only thing I would say is the appliances are quite old and the house could use a little fixing up. With that said it was still a comfortable nice stay. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay in the lake cottage! It is perfect for kids to look for tree frogs and salamanders in the woods, find pretty rocks snorkeling, warm up by the fire after and play games after dinner. I was worried about 1 bathroom for 8 people, but it never became an issue. Scapes cafe is only 5 minutes away and they have a lot of breakfast/lunch options (cheddar biscuits are a must have!) Be careful on the deck, it can be a little slippery when wet, bring a sharp knife if you plan on a lot of cooking and you’ll have the best time!

This is an awesome house on East Pond. Dock, swimming platform, kayaks, paddle boat, fire pit. View of distant mountains from the dock. East Pond is clear and large. We saw several eagles. Osprey and loons are ever present. Mark was a great host with excellent communication. Arrival was quite flexible. Home is comfortable and well equipped.

This place was awesome for our family. My younger daughter and husband have a toddler and the accommodations were perfect. The dock and all of the water sports equipment was a huge hit. We kayaked , and fished. My oldest daughter did a plunge in the lake ( mind you it’s October!!!). Every morning I sat on the dock watched the sun come up and enjoyed the views and wildlife. Having a properly equipped kitchen was an added bonus. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we like we were at home. Dry peaceful and quiet. Looking forward to a return trip.

We had an amazing time over valentines day weekend. There was a snow storm and Kent snow blowed around our vehicle to make sure we could get out. The house is very comfortable and peaceful, amazing view of the river and just off the road enough to not be bothered by passing traffic. Definitely recommend!!!!

Such a beautiful property! The river & waterfall are gorgeous! Would live to come back in summer to enjoy the outside. We visited in Jan for my sons wedding but would love to come back in warmer weather. The hone is so cozy and was very clean. Definitely enjoyed our stay!
