There is a bedroom with king size bed, lounge, kitchen and shower room. There is a pretty garden and pond & the property is approx 2.5 miles from Tenterden and 2.5 miles from Biddenden. Walking distance (under 10 mins) from McCanns Brewery & Taproom, with decking area and beautiful views of the surrounding by Hop Gardens.

Seascape Studio, Whitstable is bright and open plan with a stunning seascape view. It has been lovingly designed by us, with attention to detail given to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. Guest entry is via a private front door with private parking in front of the studio, the studio is up a set of stairs. We provide a breakfast hamper, toiletries, towels and linens. There is a small courtyard for private use, a sunny spot for a cuppa or glass of wine. The sea is a 10 minute walk away.

Connected to the house but with its own entrance . A great place to unwind but also convenient for Canterbury, Whitstable and the coast. We allow one good dog. The room and bathroom has MVHR , which is a mechanical ventilation heat recovery system which keeps the air circulating.

We would like to welcome you to our detached cottage in the small village of Icklesham, between Hastings and Rye. With open countryside on the doorstep, there are plentiful walks including the 1066 Country Walk which runs long side the property.
