We loved our stay here. It was just the seaside break we needed. It is so close to the sea. The apartment has a lovely bedroom, a little hotel-style catering area and a very nice bathroom. The breakfast area allows you to look out onto the garden and you are sheltered from the road by flowers. The road was quiet. We were easily able to park on the sea front everyday and our stay was in April. We ate at the Marine Hotel one night, just along the front and walked into Whitstable for Turkish food another night. Both were good. What a lovely area!

Lots of space, clean, comfortable and good location. Liz is a great host, made us feel welcome and was quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend it.

What a wonderful little gem of a place! Warm, spotlessly clean, comfortable and in a wonderful position. From the outlook over the fields with horses next door to the beautiful countryside and wonderful villages surrounding it, everything was just lovely. A getaway or a base for sightseeing / visiting this place is perfect. Hilary is a friendly and welcoming face next door without being intrusive. An excellent Airbnb and a wonderful second stay for my Dad. Thanks Hilary!

We had a wonderful stay at Helen and Tom's place. Our hosts were helpful throughout whenever we made contact. The Stable is a cosy place tastefully decorated throughout. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Steven and Tina were very welcoming and greeted us with big warm smiles it made us feel very welcome the place itself is very beautiful and peaceful. Had a lovely stay over the weekend and would definitely book again and recommend anyone else to do so as you will not regret it.

Had a wonderful stay, very cozy accommodation. Very clear instructions on how to use the utilities. Very close by to a large Sainsbury's, walking distance to the High Street. It's connected to the b&b but has its own private entrance. I got to meet with Sandra who was a lovely host. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay here. The Annex is exactly as described and as per the photos, although the main room feels even more spacious due to the high ceiling. It's easy to find, the parking sounds a bit tricky and as if neighbours might be fussy but that's not the case at all and once you arrive it all makes sense. It's in the middle of the countryside so other than walking to the lake you do need to get in the car for everything but roads are easy, not too much traffic. Sabrina has thought of everything to make the place beautiful but also very practical. I think of all the Airbnbs we have stayed in this had the most "extras". The breakfast provided was really generous, not just cereals and milk but orange juice, eggs, fruit and bread too. There are little extra touches everywhere - bathrobes and slippers, nail kit, shower toiletries, plenty of loo rolls, mindful colouring books, lots of books to read, lots of DVDs, brochures for local places of interest. Highly recommended!!

Truly a home from home. A wonderful, rejuvenating break in perfect surroundings. We'll miss our visits from the birds! Thank you to Sarah & James for their hospitality. Until next time.

This was lovely! There was coffee, tea and croissants. It was a 20 minute walk to whistable where there was a lot of lovely pubs. There was a lot of recommendations from the host - couldn't ask for more and would definitely recommend!

Lovely place and a perfect start for our tour around England! Stores and a lovely beach in near driving range. Very kind host. Clear recommendation!

Loved the stay, was amazingly cosy and well presented. It was in a peaceful area with minimal outside noise, which suited our needs perfectly. Steve was a very responsive host. One thing I will suggest is perhaps a bigger bin for guests using the cooking facilities, as we struggled to fit even the ready meal packaging we had into the bin. Other than that, everything was great! Thanks very much :)

Nous avons passé un court séjour chez Alvaro et tout s'est très bien passé. Il a été facile de trouver des endroits où se restaurer car le logement est très bien situé. Les commerces sont accessibles facilement et le port à 10 minutes de marche. Le logement est cosy et il y règne une belle énergie zen ce qui fait beaucoup de bien 🙏 Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😇

We fell in love with this place at first sight. It’s incredibly peaceful and quiet, and the apartment has everything you could possibly need. My partner is a chef, and it’s usually very hard to find a place he’s happy with — but here he cooked every day for three days! The apartment is cozy, full of thoughtful little touches, and just a joy to be in. Everything is super convenient, and the views are absolutely stunning. One of the true highlights of our trip was the summer house — a perfect, quiet spot to sit and read comfortably. Julie was wonderful — always in touch, she met us when we arrived and saw us off when we left. Truly the best kind of host. An amazing stay overall — we went for walks, relaxed, and came away feeling completely refreshed and in love with the whole experience.

Really lovely place. Cosy, clean and in a great location. The bed was sooo comfy and being able to park right outside was ideal. Everything we needed was well within walking distance too! Claire was also super friendly and gave really clear instructions for check in and check out. Would definitely stay again 💕

Sarah’s Garden Suite is perfect for getaways in the East Sussex area. She was helpful and kind and her breakfast was fresh and well cooked. The garden space was also really lovely after a busy day.

Hidden little gem, so peaceful. Accommodation superb, supper cosy bed.

Lovely location and grounds. We ate at the gastro pub across the road - pricy but food delicious with excellent service and atmosphere. Photos reflect the accommodation perfectly. Well equipped and comfortable. Ashdown Forest is close-by with stunning walks and scenery. Annette was attentive and friendly, but not intrusive, kindly leaving us milk and a delicious cake on arrival.

This is a really nice and private studio which matches the pics and descriptions really well. Well connected to London as well through the Elizabeth Line at Abbey Wood which is just a short bus ride away. The area is very quiet and residential. the studio itself is spotless and a great place to stay especially if you need privacy and quiet. Nadia is as perfect a host as you can ask for who is always responsive, helpful and highly accommodating. She was able to help me check-in early despite very late notice on my end without any trouble, consistently checked in on me regarding my stay as well as helping me with my own tasks and finding a more permanent place to rent. One of the kindest people I have met in London so far. Highly recommend staying here and would love the chance to book a stay here again in the near future.

Great one night stay in the little cabin. It’s very compact with everything you need and it feels super homely. Just a few minute walk to the high street, so ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood. Does get chilly at night but there is a heater available to use. Thanks so much Nick!

A Hidden Gem! 🌿🌼 This property was spotless and super easy to access without meeting the host. It offered a wonderful sense of privacy, making it a perfect little retreat. The garden was my favorite spot – I enjoyed my morning tea while soaking in the soothing birdsong. 🌸🐦 The shower was refreshing, and while the bed was a tad soft on one side, I still had a good sleep. A lovely touch – the host even left a homemade loaf of bread for breakfast! 🙌🍞 With both TV and WiFi available, plus easy parking, this place had it all. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing escape!
