Great place for stay. Clean and simple

This homestay very comfortable and safe to stay even it's in 13th floor. Very convinced location to reach Georgetown. The homestay is very clean and tidy. Owner very friendly and helpful. She provides all the perfect information / details which make our stay very easier. Highly recommended Iris Tham homestay. 5 ⭐ for this homestay.

host is very friendly and proactive. the instructions given for check in & check out is clear it’s a pretty close distance to georgetown through driving. the elevator is slow and full sometimes but overall it’s good

Superb location! The unit is within 5-15 mins drive to main attractions and other places that we visited. It is very clean and cosy, which my family likes a lot.

Best place to stay for staycation. Nice and clean. have 2 car parks, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Able to cook, have nice beds and large living room hall. Quite place to sleep. Fast internet connection

The house is amazing. We had friends and family flying in for a wedding for a few days, the place was just nice to have simple catchup to with some friends and family who came down. We love that it has 2 living halls and a big dining area, we had different small groups hanging out in each area and not forgetting the rooftop was a nice hangout spot too. Things to improve….There is a big space on the 2nd floor too, however the aircond wasn’t working, if not that too will be a nice hangout space. Also the extra mattresses is more like a comforters, it’s too thin and not suitable for sleeping. But overall, our family totally enjoyed a serene stay. 5stars for service as well, check in was easy and responses were excellent. Even when we had left behind our belongings after check out, we were able to retrieve it with ease. Thanks!

Fantastic host. Was able to check in earlier without much fuss. The home was really cosy, furnished with necessities and most importantly clean. Will definitely recommend it.

Had an excellent stay at Ayu homes Heritage Villa at Carnarvon. Exactly like the photos and description. Even better in terms of how clean and easy it was to stay there. Best part about the stay was how friendly the hosts were in their communication and cooperation to ensure our stay was pleasant. The stay is also very very conveniently located. You can walk to most places in the heritage area. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and interacting with our hosts. Highly recommend this place especially if you are travelling as a group of people. We were 5 of and this place was perfect for us. Lots of space to sit around and chat too. Loved it!

Squeaky clean house except for a bit of water leakage in kitchen. May is very helpful, friendly and extremely great Host. Most of all trustworthy when she notify us of jewellery that was left behind. Thanks May for being a very good Host.

The location is peaceful, with great local food nearby and access to a rooftop swimming pool. The accommodation is clean, and the host is friendly and hospitable.

Good place to stay in Penang with it's reasonable price.

I always stay here when I come to Penang. The apartment suits me and I love that there is hair saloon, mini-mart, spectacles shop, restaurants just downstairs. Also there are 2 local coffee shops within 5mins walk away and a local Kway Teow stall which operates from 6.30pm till past midnight. Unless this apartment is booked by someone else, I always choose to stay here.
