I recently stayed at Iconic Regency Service Residence and had a great experience. The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable perfect for relaxing stay. They also provided free shuttle service to Queensbay Shopping Mall and George Town, it’s very convenient I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and pleasant stay.

One of the best Service Residence I’ve stayed in Penang. The unit is professionally decorated and managed, check in at the lobby was really easy and pleasant and the entire unit is remarkably clean and exactly as the photo. I totally recommend to others to stay here. The price is at the top of the range and might be higher than other Airbnb but you will be staying at a really 5-star service residence and worth your money!

The place is near to most of the store that easily to access and near to food to eat. Very easy access and the owner is very generous to upgrade my room to better one. Thanks 🙏🏻 and near to my friends house so it was very helpful to visit them.

The place was comfortable with 3 bedrooms with queen bed. No WiFi, but if you’re here for retreat it’s just nice. Just remember to bring your toiletries. The building is facing the whole of Taiping, so you have a really nice view. Overall a comfy stay I would say.

need deco mesh around the internet. the room near to kitchen has no internet due to low signal. overall good value for money

The house is really new, and matched all pictures. It is located at a newly developed housing area, and it is really close to the nature with a stream nearby. All furnitures are new, and still has the 'new house' smell. The common area and 4 of the rooms has aircond, and the host provides a washing machine. 10-15 mins drive to the zoo and taman tasik taiping. Recommended.

Good choice for a short stay. it's like back to our grandparents home which you may not experience these days. Some amenities may appear to be dated yet it was functioning and clean. Just need to be careful as 2 rooms have a higher step above the ground. In the morning you will be awaken by the roosters nearby. There are lots restaurants surrounding too.

Spacious enough to accomodate big family. Can park 3 cars inside house area. We had no issues with the bed arrangement, which was exactly as described in the house profile. The house was new, super clean with minimal décor, just perfect, everything was functioning water heater and AC in every rooms. However, the WIFI speed need to be increased for better internet connection. The neighborhood was quiet located in a peaceful housing area. We loved it and highly recommend this homestay for anyone looking to visit the historical town of Taiping. The host also very helpfull.

Ms Lee and his hasband is great host. They are so friendly and so kindness, Her House is extremely lovely, cozy, quiet, good view and big. we was staying 3person but her house has more capacity. Close to conveni and supermarket, restaurant. Its incredible comfortable. She talked to me anything of my question and how to use her house. her hasband showed to us nice restaurant location and shops too. we ware so enjoyed with her great house. In the living room, There is TV that is available Youtube, so we ware enjoying. picked up us at airport as Special offer was also great. I hope to come back, and meet them again. Super highly recommended!

I had to commute almost daily to The Zen which is right across the busy highway and Clara was really helpful by letting me know and recording a video that it only took about 7-10 minutes walk across the nearby bridge, which would other wise take about 20mins++ by grab. There are also free public transportation nearby or really cheap alternatives to go around the area which she also shared with me. If you don’t mind walking about 2km, there’s Lotus (supermarket) that’s walking distance as well as lots of local food places nearby; Thai cuisine, seafood, roti, western. The condominium itself has a gym (albeit not very well maintained) and a beautiful pool.

The host give u clear instruction to check in and check out. easy to find the place. near to great restaurants. comfortable and clean to stay. recommended

A good place to stay with lots of places within walkable distance. however, master bedroom can get a but noisy at night due to being close to a main road
