Donkeys Rosie and Mollie and the sheep roam peacefully in the adjoining meadows. Ideal base for groups of up to four and dogs. Enjoy plenty of footpaths on the doorstep, then back to the warm and cosy wood burner. Only 2 minutes walk to local pub - great for delicious food & local beers.

Originally built as a farmhouse in C 1700, Talltrees was recently fully renovated to an exceptional standard combining the contemporary open plan way of living with a warm homely feeling. This country retreat sits in over an acre of private land with the owners separate accommodation at the opposite end of the site. It is only a ten minute walk from the centre of Framlingham and its selection of eateries and independent shops. We maintain and clean our house to a very high standard.
