We enjoyed our stay at Brooke’s Airbnb. Very comfortable home and well supplied. Great neighborhood we enjoyed walking in. A huge children’s playground is within walking distance. Very convenient to historic Charleston and beaches. Our dog was also pleased with this visit. Thank you Brooke and Harris for all you have done with this charming place.

Perfect home in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the Charleston area. Loved setting out in the screened in porch at night after a busy day of sightseeing. Beautifully decorated and lots of thoughtful extra amenities as well. Super pet friendly with amenities for your fur babies as well, including a fenced in backyard.

The house was in a neat location and a quick drive to downtown, beaches, etc. Quiet community with several grassy areas for dog walking available. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again!

This is our third visit to this location, and this time we are here for an extended stay due to the damage caused by Hurricane Helene that prevents us from returning home. Ryan and his team consistently exceed expectations during each stay. I highly recommend any of their properties if you're planning to visit Folly Beach. They truly are the best.

Our stay was wonderful. The cottage was exactly what we expected and more. Extremely clean, great location only a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. This was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 adult daughters. Highly recommend this charming cottage.

The home and location was excellent. Port Royal is a walkable delightful town. Walk a couple of blocks along the river buff to Fish Camp, a terrific sea food restaurant t. And steps further, She’ll Ring, a brewery with the best beer in the region. Better beer than Charleston or Hilton Head breweries. Music Bingo Mondays, Trivia Tuesdays and BlueGrass Sundays. If interested in American History, the location is idea for American Revolution naval history, and the civil,war and reconstruction. Who knew the first reading of the Emancipation Proclamation was in Port Royal. And Beaufort, a lovely riverfront historic town, Pat Conroy’s home town, is a few miles away for more restaurants and horse carriage or golf cart tours or just walking along or having coffee on the charming riverfront. This is the best AirbNB we have ever been too. Will definitely return if we come back to South Carolina. Our dog (small dogs allowed) loved the fenced in yard. Wonderful neighborhood for walking dogs.

We have been coming to HH for years and this is our new favorite place. Marina has thought of literally everything for her house. She has more towels, pillows, linens, and kitchen supplies than any other place we've stayed. And don't worry about packing up anything for the beach, she has all the beach gear and awesome wagon for easy transport as well. The house was spotless and our dogs loved the fenced in backyard area. I appreciated that the coffee maker was both a dual carafe and single K-cup style machine. It's an easy walk to the beach and there is plenty of entertainment to be had in the house as well. Again, I cannot stress enough how well stocked the place is. We are used to always having to bring extra towels and cooking supplies with us, but it's not the case for this lovely home. We plan on returning here for many years to come, thank you Marina again for sharing your perfect home with us!!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was incredibly convenient for everything we wanted to do, and the setup was perfect for our two dogs — especially the yard, which gave them plenty of space to run and relax. Brandon was wonderful. Super responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He even went above and beyond by letting us check in a little early since we were already in the area, which we really appreciated. The only downside was a musty scent in the house that was a bit off-putting when we first arrived. It didn’t ruin the experience by any means, but it was noticeable. Overall, a very positive stay with an attentive and accommodating host. We'd definitely consider booking again!

Had a great stay here. Joseph messaged full instructions for check out and check in well in advance which made it super easy. Couch was very comfortable and very large so it was a great place to sleep if you have 5 people. Backyard and patio was beautiful. Was walkable to riverfront park (if you’re up for a longer walk) and park circle restaurants. Overall great location, great place, great host. No complaints

The perfect place for a group. Every bathroom has a bathroom with a shower in it AND there’s another full bath in the common area. Genius. The space was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Sharing the pool with the other groups added to the good vibes. Would definitely recommend for a girls trip! We had a blast.

We had a great multi-gen family vacation at this home! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, with easy boardwalk access point. The hosts provided an impressive array of beach essentials (chairs, wagons, umbrellas & beach towels) which made our beach days even more enjoyable and stress-free. The home itself was incredibly clean and thoughtfully stocked with extra touches that made a big difference (things like suitcase stands in the BRs, plenty of hangers, towels & blankets, and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for a large group). Loved the extra fridge for beverages. The layout was ideal for a big family or group of friends, giving us space to gather while also offering privacy when needed. The beds were super comfy! We appreciated the kid-friendly features — large splash area in pool, tons of games, high chair and portacrib for our grands. We highly recommend this property and the hosts, Marty & Andrea, who really went above & beyon

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The location was perfect – just a short walk to the sand. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight, without a doubt, was the heated pool. Even on cooler evenings, we were able to take a dip and enjoy it. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the future!

Kelly’s place was perfect for our large family. It accommodated everyone perfectly. It’s not always easy finding a place or host that can accommodate 9 kids and this place far exceeded our expectations. Kelly was very kind, responsive and easy to reach out to. I highly recommended this place to anyone in the Summerville area. It was in a great location for everything we needed to do.

Great place. Very clean. King bed was comfortable. Quiet neighborhood (except for some fighter jets now & then). We loved our stay, would highly recommend this place, & would rent it again in a heartbeat. I do not recommend it, however, for anyone who has trouble climbing stairs.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I have had no doubt! The host is amazing and they go out of their way to make your stay at their home as comfortable and seamless as possible. They had homemade bread and a homemade quiche waiting for us! Even a hand written note inside their guest book specifically for us. They really care about the small details of sharing their home! This location was perfect, a short walk from the beach. We had the bottom floor, which opened out to the spacious backyard, the renters on the top floor seemed nice and we respected each other's space/privacy. We would definitely rent again! We brought our two dogs that loved both the backyard and beach!

A clean and convenient 3 bedroom & 1.5 bathroom house, with a friendly and responsive host. Perfect for a middle aged couple with a dog. Quiet neighborhood. Only a few blocks from 25th street beach access entrance. Beach is very dog friendly, including specific times for dogs to be off leash. Beach restaurants are a 30 minute walk (includes a stroll on the beach), including several dog friendly restaurants. Good sized fenced in backyard for a dog to roam, with an exterior rinse off station for humans and dogs. Typical AirBnB kitchen. A short drive to anything you need, with Charleston only 30 minutes away.

We had a great stay, but should have stayed longer as five night just wasn't enough. We enjoyed the house and the neighborhood and all the nice people we met. Its a great place.

Perfect place! 10 minute walk to Kings Street and only a 35 minute walk to the Charleston Market! Convenient to restaurants and shopping! Loved having the private parking and home was in quiet neighborhood! Really enjoyed our stay!

This was our second stay at Lynn’s place! It is so clean and well taken care of. It is very convenient to the beach! Lynn and her family are so kind and easy to communicate with. Would 1000% recommend!

The perfect setting for a re-union of three sisters who hadn’t been together in 36 years. The welcoming atmosphere of the beach house that been in the Family for four generations, the ocean backdrop, the amazing treehouse front porch and the rooftop sanctuary all played a brilliant stage for an incredible vacation.. our eleven year old grandson had an amazing time in this historic Family setting.. coming from our 1799 Homestead in Massachusetts, realizing the needs of older Homes and their character flaws, were overlooked, considering all the other amazing qualities that surrounded us..we have spent time in twenty-two other peoples’ homes, and never have felt so welcomed this past week staying in this precious gem. Communication with Maggie felt like connecting with an old friend, Hope we can return next Spring.. thank you, Rachel & Maggie for the memories.
