Really lovely place - spacious and has expansive views of the Nyali skyline. Location wise it was very convenient - walking distance to Nyali beach and Promenade Mall.

David’s place was perfect for our trip! The one-bedroom apartment is super spacious and clean, with an awesome view that made mornings so relaxing. David was a great host—really friendly and always quick to help when we needed anything. The place even had Netflix, which was perfect for winding down after a long day. Honestly, if you’re looking for a cozy, well-located spot in Mombasa, this is it. Only tiny thing was the Wi-Fi was a bit slow sometimes, but not a big deal. Would 100% stay here again! I stayed at Lydia's place for 5 days with my family.Lydia's place exceeded my expectations! the welcome was good, she responds very fast to her clients. the place is neatly kept! ever clean. and ofcoz a cake surprise on our last day was lovely! I recommend her to anyone travelling to Mombasa.

Very nice location, near the beach and lots of places to eat, with a suppermarket 5 min away as well. Great host, very understanding and helpful when needed. Would highly recommend.

Großartiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ..Mark ist ein toller , wirklich sehr geschätzter, gewissenhafter,Hervorragender, netter zuvorkommender und vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen Gastgeber ... NOTE: Die Mitarbeitern in der Anlagen sind sehr freundlich und MEHR AUCH NICHT. Wenn es um Probleme gibt wird schwierig. Schlecht informiertes Personal / komplizierte Prozesse... No real complaints about my stay the property was as described on pictures. Emmanuel was very responsive and eager to help when issues outside of his control such as the weather interrupted the Wi-Fi connection he was quick to get someone down to fix it & was flexible with my check-in time as well, enjoyed the property. Had all the things I needed.

Our family had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful house. Kathryn & Mark were great hosts, extremely responsive & friendly. The staff at the house were great and very helpful. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Villa by the Beach was all that we expected and more. The pictures matched our expectations. The space was very clean with neat bedding and towels. Having travelled with family, it was very family friendly. Absolutely loved the outdoor space for early mornings and in the afternoons. The staff were great too. Maikel was very responsive and supportive. Jason and the security guy were also very professional and helpful. We surely enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend Villa by the Beach.

We had a wonderful 4 nights stay with family of 5. The owner responded quickly, send us very detailed information of all you need to know and arranged pick up at Mombasa airport. The staff is very friendly, helpful and at the same time gives you privacy. Reuben the chef provided us splendid meals, we especially enjoyed all the fresh seafood!Recommended is to do shopping before arrival because bigger supermarkets are 40 minutes drive away. Fruits, vegetables, water, fish, soda’s are easy to get in the village but for more luxurious groceries you have to go to the bigger supermarkets. You can book the pick up from the airport with a shopping stop in Nyali. Neen Tree is a lovely family house with marvellous view and direct access to the ocean. A friendly monkey family lives on the property and are fun to watch. Besides the pool we loved going snorkelling on the rif using the equipment from the house. For transport we used Tsuma with a comfortable 7 seater which we used for a Kilifi trip.

Chris is a gentleman who has helped me with helpful information every time I've approached him. The house was handed over to me and kept clean every day by his assistant, Clara, a polite woman. His location in Nyali is excellent, near supermarkets, churches, downtown, etc. The compound is calm, we can hear the birds singing, and fresh air is circulating in every house room. Also important is a 24-hour security guard in the compound on 7/7. I will stay at Chris' house again next time I visit Mombasa.

The highlight, of course, is its unbeatable location—right on the golf fairway, offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The pool is another standout feature—crystal clean and perfect for a refreshing dip after a round of golf or a day of exploring. First time in Kenya, I chose to stay by Kenzo ,the Location it’s very beautiful ,situate 10 minute walk from Nyali Beach and close to two shopping centres , very satisfied , very clean , exactly what I searched, amazing pool , privacy, you get extra very good host who helps with everything, from good money exchange ,good advices,airport transfer….. he cares about his guests.Felt very good ,highly recommend 👍

We very much enjoyed Bulloch House. It worked well for two families with plenty of space. Dominique and the team looked after us well and produced good meals. The pool was beautifully clean and the main seating area very comfortable. We also enjoyed using the bar area. A great house for a family holiday.

I thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful and laid-back atmosphere during my stay. There is a gym located within the premises, and the instructors were incredibly friendly. Additionally, it's a short and easy walk to the beach. Highly recommended!

Tee and the housekeeper are amazing. Very welcoming..you don't feel nagging even when you keep contacting them.

We loved staying at Wangari's, the house and neighbourhood more than exceeded our expectations. The area is peaceful and easily accessible from the road and other amenities. Would 100% recommend.

This was my second stay. Fantastic host and house keeper. They agreed to source and deliver bouquets of roses to my girlfriends suprise when we check in. This was organised whilst I was in the UK so the surprise was seamless. I'm grateful as you made our stay even more memorable. We'll be back next year.
