Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. No 27 is one of a group of terraced houses. Light ,airy and comfortable with lovely views . Downstairs there is a spacious open plan kitchen, sitting and dining space. To the rear a south facing patio and garden area with raised decking which affords uninterrupted views of the Harbour Bay. Upstairs there are three bedrooms;1 kingsize with ensuite shower and toilet, 1 double, 1 with bunk beds, as well as a bathroom. Good pub, cafes, deli, castle ! and household shopping in Killyleagh .

One bedroom apartment, (1xdouble, 2xsingle) perfect for a family of 4 (max 2 adults). Situated in the centre of picturesque Killyleagh, this dog-friendly apartment was fully refurbished in 2022/23, with a well-equipped kitchen and new shower room. Shops, takeaways, restaurants, pubs, etc. are just a short walk, as are the shores of Strangford Lough. The apartment has a secure rear outside space, with a large table, barbecue, storage for bikes, etc. and is child and pet friendly.
