You will be staying in PART of the oldest house in the Village, over 3 floors. It’s totally separate annexe within the house, with your own entrance, and garden area, off road parking for 2-3 cars, set in an idyllic setting. With lovely walks and many famous towns to visit, including Stratford upon Avon, Oxford, and the Cotswolds. Also Plenty of local pubs and restaurants to try, there is NO shop in our village, but 7 mins drive is Tysoe or “Sainsbury’s local” in Hanwell Fields. Enjoy Fiona

Near the pretty village of Honington on the edge of the Cotswolds, about 2 miles from Shipston on Stour which is a gateway to the beauty of the Cotswolds and 9 miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa. The Stables have been recently renovated, underfloor heating, combines contemporary style in a character Barn Converstion on a farm in a rural location offering peace and quiet and overlooks an Italian style garden. Dogs are welcome and can run free in the gardens and fields.

This stunning traditional honey stone country cottage enjoys a great location within the heart of the village, well-positioned on a street brimming with history. With ample space for 8 guests, including 4-legged friends, this cottage is perfect for exploring everything the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire and Warwickshire have to offer. We welcome a maximum of 2 small well-behaved dogs at this property and charge £35 per pet, per stay (invoiced separately)

In this light and spacious bedroom there is a king size bed, a sofa bed, TV and Wifi leading into a separate, modern kitchen with a dining table and shower room. A private path leads from the guest parking space to the property . Our friendly village is a 10 minute drive from junction 12 off the M40, just a few miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and Banbury, with easy access to exploring the Cotswolds.

Self-Contained Annex in quiet village location

The Annex is located in a quiet, small residential Court in a village location. There is a local pub/restaurant a short stroll away, otherwise local amenities can be found in Banbury, a couple of miles away, including supermarkets, restaurants, cinema and main line train station (London, Marylebone 50 mins, Birmingham New Street/Snow Hill 40 mins, etc.).

Moat Barn is a beautiful dog friendly barn conversion, located in the heart of the stunning traditional village that’s Avon Dassett. Moat Barn consists of a characterful open plan kitchen, lounge and bedroom. Shower room with walk in shower. Wi-Fi is included. We welcome dogs. Outside there is a lovely seating area and private parking.
