Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

Studio in Georgian townhouse with parking

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Rose Farm Lodge - peaceful, rural Norfolk getaway

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. Cosy Self-Contained Detached Garden Building

A quiet retreat offering peace and privacy in a detached building within our large garden. Lockable entrance gate with key available on arrival. Wifi access is included which most guests have found perfectly adequate. Breakfast of cereals, bread, milk and (if requested)sausages, bacon, eggs etc provided for you to cook your own at a time to suit you. Although there is not a full kitchen, we have provided a small oven.
