We're only 30 minutes from the centre of Christchurch, about 1 hour to Porters Ski Area or Mount Hutt or 15 minutes from The National Equestrian Centre at McLeans Island. This is a family lifestyle property. We have horses, alpacas, kunekune pigs, chickens and dogs. Bring your horse. There is grazing with easy access and parking for trucks and floats. Brookside Country Escape 40 Minutes to CHC Airport

Arrive at the wonderful space we have created for a peaceful relaxing stay. Sit on the deck or in the spa and enjoy a gorgeous sunset with a glass of wine listening to the bird song. The spaces include a well-appointed kitchen, warm and inviting living area. Separate bedroom with a comfy queen bed. A sofa bed is available for a third guest or sleeping separate. Contemporary self contained modern cabin situated in a peaceful and private garden setting. It has 2 double glazed doors leading on to a deck with out door seating. Separate access way, with parking bay at side of cabin. Additional parking is available in adjoining paddock with gate through to alleyway. Cabin has starlink wifi with excellent wifi connection. The cabin is on a lifestyle block, with extensive gardens, orchard, herb garden, sheep, chickens, and hydroponic system.

Homebush Cottage is part of the 130 year old former Homebush School, located on the Southern Scenic Route, 8kms from Darfield township and close to popular Skifields, Lakes and amazing tourist destinations, thus making us the perfect stopover. The cottage is set on 3 acres including beautiful rambling gardens and tennis court. The Cottage is super comfy and suitable for a couple. We provide a self catering continental breakfast including free range eggs from Brown Shavers !!!

Rose Cottage Pretty Countryside Retreat
