I enjoyed my stay here! It is located right next to a walking path, which was my favorite part. The unit was clean and easy to access. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was perfect for our family, and was very close to downtown. Our kids loved the backyard and ping pong table. The beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint was that the internet was a little slow (this may be local issue). We would definitely recommend.

Very impressed, extremely clean, all amenities had been thought of. Beds, so comfortable. Cut my finger and there were bandages. Towels were so nice. We were very impressed overall. Not one thing to complain about. If we owned an Air B&B we would only hope it was this nice. Truly a great place. Plan on staying again.

This place is great, especially for the price. While it's just a 1 bedroom apartment, it feels much bigger than the photos show, especially the bedroom. The bed is super comfy and the bedroom doesn't share a wall with neighbors, just the carports, it's quiet. It's within reasonable walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, etc. The shower has the strongest water pressure of any shower I've ever been in. It's amazing. I'll definitely stay here again if it's available.

My husband, son & MIL stayed in this AirBNB since our family lives in Central Point. This AirBNB was so clean, cozy, and it had all of the amenities that we needed. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay, and we were sad when we had to check out! 100% recommend

We spent a great two nights here. The rental is easy to find with enough parking. Lots of towels, comfortable beds, and a nicely stocked kitchen. We'd stay here again if in the area.

This place was fantastic! I had to travel to Redding for surgery and this place became my sanctuary. It was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. I hope to come back! Thank you!

Such a great spot! The deck and creek below are beautiful. The house itself is even nicer than the photos and beds were very comfortable. We all had a great time and the kids didn't want to leave!

This was our favorite place to stay on our week long road trip to the Redwoods. Hosts thought of everything & u immediately feel at home. Don’t miss visiting the beach across the main street. We had a great time and Scott is an amazing host. Very responsive and made sure he communicates properly. The checkin and checkout process was a breeze. The location is perfect. Very close to restaurants and freeway. Very clean and everything as per the description. We will surely be back and will recommend other friends as well

This is the fourth of fifth stay at this property and as usual it was a great choice, I like the location and the house is very nice with a great layout for a group of six adults to be social in the large kitchen/living area. Will plan to select this home again on my next Redding visit.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The space was very clean, roomy, and in a great location—just a short walk to SeaQuake, which ended up being one of my favorite restaurant spots nearby. The harbor tone was a little hard to drown out at first, but Rick was super thoughtful and came down right away with earplugs, which helped a lot. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place with a responsive and considerate host. Would definitely recommend!

The house and the surrounding area was beautiful. Great golf course on site, along with amenities at the activities center. The hosts even ordered perfect weather for us. Very enjoyable.

Exceptional location, and gated access made us feel very secure. The windows were a little hazy, but the view is stunning. A beautiful, well-cultivated walk leads down to an absolutely perfect private-access beach. Linens and towels were fluffy, good quality, and very clean. The whole property was clean and well-appointed. Nice coffee options. There are three parking spots directly in front of the unit, and we always found at least one open, which made for super convenient loading and unloading of luggage. No stairs. The highway is close enough that it was obvious when heavy vehicles went by, but it never bothered us. Didn't hear road noise at night, and the highway proximity just means that town/shops/restaurants are easily accessible. Apart from that little bit of daytime road noise, the property was very quiet and peaceful. Didn't hear any neighbors, and the ones we encountered outside were very nice. I would rent here again.

The place was nice, clean, and easy to find. Crescent City is tiny and this place is close to restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Would recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was cozy and the kitchen was stocked well for cooking needs. Easily walkable to several restaurants and a couple local grocery stores, plus some fun shops to check out. I was very pleased with how close this was located to many hikes and other outdoor activities I wanted to do during my stay. One critique I have is the hot tub that is listed as private for the Harmony house is in a shared yard that connects the other rentals on this property and doesn't seem clear that it is intended only for guests of the Harmony house. It feels communal with no fencing or privacy screen and renters from the other properties seem to think it's shared for the other houses as well. It does cost a little extra to have the hot tub included in this rental so it's unfortunate that it isn't truly private and I ended up paying for strangers to use it. That said I still had a great stay and would recommend this place to others and I would definitely rent here again.

Everything was perfect and we felt right at home! The place was clean and comfortable and it had everything we needed and more. Easy to walk to downtown Ashland, the CoOp, and the Railroad District. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Ashland!

Great place to stay with beautiful sunsets. Marcela is extremely responsive and helpful. The photos on the listing match what you see in person. Amazing views of the river and ocean. Grocery store is door to door 5 minutes away. The town itself is a nice little gem on the Oregon coast. Absolute reprieve from the hustle and bustle of bigger cities. Highly recommend staying here.

Awesome space. I stayed here and attended UBI which is only a 5 minute walk from the “campus”. Town is an easy walk & a huge bonus was the sauna & spa baths right across the railroad tracks.
