Stayed for 2 nights, the apartment is spacious and in very good condition. Kitchen has everything you need, each room has own AC. Definitely recommend you to stay here if you are looking for bigger apartment with kitchen.

appartement très propre et bien équipé... à l'étage d'une famille vivant en dessous très gentils et discrets et présents si besoin... une climatisation unique dans la chambre qui est payante et n'est pas signalée comme telle. très proche du grand traffic de la ville et de la mer, mais suffisamment en retrait pour dormir correctement !!

we felt really welcomed from the beginning. Harscha and his family were super nice and accommodating! He even picked us up at the airport and brought us to the next bus station at the end of our stay and helped us getting in the right bus! Maybe you should know that the living room is open so little animals and mosquitoes can come in easily but the sleeping area is closed so that was not a problem for us:)

Ces premières nuits au Sri Lanka passées chez Mallika ont été incroyables d’apprentissage et d’informations. Mallika est une merveilleuse personne, attentive mais discrète. Pas besoin de chercher un restaurant, elle est aussi une formidable cuisinière. Quant à son fils Randeer, il pourra vous conduire où vous voulez et venir vous chercher à l’arrivée à l’aéroport même en pleine nuit. Bon massage dans la rue, la plage à 200 mètres. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain 🙏🏼😍

The apartment of Prad is a wonderful place with the most stunning view on the lotus tower you can imagine. Additionally, the free to use roof top pool is an outstanding experience. An another good point is that a supermarket is right infront of the door. Prad was always available and a great host. Next time in Colombo, we will definitely book again. Thank you so much Prad!

We had a great stay at Kantha’s apartment. Spacious and fully air conditioned with a view of the sea from the balcony with some gorgeous sunsets. The pool was very welcome and there was also a very well equipped gym. The host, Kantha, was super welcoming and super friendly and always quick to respond. He also gave us lots of tips on things to do. Highly recommended.

Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay after a busy two week stay in Sri Lanka. Great staff who looked after us and made great recommendations for restaurants in Negombo. Loved the pool and gardens and view of the lake.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Colombo. The hosts communicated very well from the initial contact we had with them. They were professional in their services, flexible, the apartment was also very clean and the linen was good quality.

Friendly and Responsive Host! I always received a responsive back quickly whenever I had an inquiry. Check in and check out was extremely easy with clear instructions. Had a great and relaxed time at this wonderful clean apartment. The area is nice and quiet and the Apartment is safe with a gate and 24/7 security. Gym is wonderful with new equipment + very clean building. There are restaurants close by and Uber available :)

The apartment was nice and cosy. Had lovely views of the city and the sea. Located in a safe area with security at the ground level. Lots of amenities within walking distance or a short tuk ride away. Ahmed and Shaira are also sweet and very responsive hosts. They personally came to check us in and out. They even have a little guide with recommendations for tourists. No regrets staying in Alfred Fern. Definitely will go back again on our next trip to Colombo!

Vi skulle bruge lejligheden til overnatning inden hjemrejse. Hvilket den var rigtig fin til. Dejlig beliggenhed i forhold til lufthavnen, vores husvært var behjælpelig med at arrangere taxa. Smuk udsigt, gode spisesteder i nærheden.

We had a fantastic time at the appartement. The Caretaker as well as Prajot been super helpful and always been reachable for us. The location of the place is perfect starts with going out for food or shopping as well as the fantastic view. We loved being able to use the spacious and clean pool as Colombo gets really hot during the day. Everything has been absolutely great for us and we would surely stay here again.

Altaf is an amazing host. He went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Anything extra we needed, he saw to it that we got. He is extremely responsive on text. This is a comfortable two bedroom property. The furniture is all brand new and all the appliances are brand new. Bathroom fittings etc are all brand new too. It is a perfect air bnb property as Altaf only stays there on the rare occasion so it is neat, modern and uncluttered with personal stuff. Agree, the pictures don't do it full justice. Plenty of storage for suitcases clothes. Excellent wifi (we used this a lot!!) and the TV comes with Netflix. The building itself is quiet in that there aren't many other residents yet so often we had the pool and the gym to ourselves. We ordered Uber Eats many times and they only got lost once. Lots of security and there is a person at reception to collect deliveries. MUST check out the roof which is available for booking. Massive kitchen and private party area (indoor and outdoor space). Incredible view. Location will be good once the Cinnamon Life Mall etc is built. Partial view of the sea from the balcony. Good sized balcony with enough space for four chairs and a table. The only thing is it is a low floor, and there was a lot of construction noise from the approach road that is being built. However, this is almost done and shouldn't be a problem in the near future. Overall we had an excellent month long stay and I can highly recommend this place. A big thank you to Altaf for going out of his way to make our stay enjoyable and for being so responsive. Pushpa’s apartments are set inside a lovely gated garden next to their home, the place is very calm and tranquil. A great place to stay for the first or last few days of your trip if you are flying in/out of Colombo Bandaranaike airport. The apartment is really pretty with views of the green garden. Close to some nice restaurants and bars, and of course Negombo beach. Pushpa is friendly and welcoming.
