This cute little studio accommodates nicely two guests! The rooms have high ceilings, and there is a beautiful view of the quiet inner courtyard. You will find plenty of restaurants, galleries, and the seaside within a few block, just 15 minutes from the center. The living room, connects to the open kitchen. The 140 cm wide bed sleeps two. My apartment is located in a quiet residential area and it is excellent for families with children, couples and singles who need accommodation for shorter or longer stays. Less than 5 minutes by foot to the metro station and to the beach. My apartment has always been pet free.
