Private tiny house in a quiet residential neighborhood. 1.3 miles to Lake Coeur d'alene and DOWNTOWN Sherman Avenue restaurant/shopping district via quiet tree lined streets. Short walk to the 4th Street corridor. Please read the house rules. Perfect for 1 or 2 adults. No children or pets please. There is a full kitchen , large shower in the bathroom. The backyard is private and the deck is sun drenched in the PM. You will sleep on a queen size foam bed.

During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. This idyllic 40 acre ridge-top ranch cottage offers you a peaceful getaway near Coeur d' Alene. Enjoy wildlife and livestock during your stay. We allow up to two dogs at a fee of $20 for each pet.
