Bring a kayak, fishing pole, & beach gear (available at the property). Soak in the 9 person hot tub after a round of golf at Avondale golf course (1 mi). Enjoy BBQ on the patio and S'mores on the firepit. Many restaurants in downtown Hayden (2 mi). Other nearby attractions: Silverwood Theme Park, Farragut State Park, Lake CDA.

A stay at the River's Edge is an updated walk out PRIVATE (no shared space) daylight basement apt with your own side yard and view of the beautiful Spokane river and mountains. Space has a private entrance, large living space and an over sized bedroom with a king bed. You also have your own laundry area with a small full kitchenette and own private bathroom. We are located 15 minutes from Cd'A, 15 minutes from Spokane Valley, 10 minutes to Q'emiln Park and close to the Centennial Trail.
