Prague 2 Vinohrady is a great area to stay in. The ambiance, the neighborhood, the people, the food, the parks, it makes a place! Very close to the city center (25min walks through the park and 5 by tram) it has that very special feel to it, this is the real Prague for me! A mix of hip, green, authenticity and beauty. Moreover the flat is great, modern and cozy ;) We wish we could live there ourselves! But we keep it for you guys; couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy!

If you are traveling by yourself then this apartment is just what you’re looking for. It is a compact, yet comfy, bright one-bedroom apartment with wooden furniture and a French window. The apartment has a storage unit, a big TV on the wall, and a fully equipped kitchen. (The kitchen is shared with 3 other apartments). The design of the bathroom is minimalistic but underlined with warm colors and large tiles. You can also spend time on the balcony which is a part of the shared spaces.

Dům se nachází 100 metrů od řeky Labe na cyklostezce cca 4km od města Nymburk. Doubrava je malá vesnice. Asi 300 metru od domu se nachazi piskovna s moznosti koupani v ciste vode. V okoli do 15km se nachazi mesta Nymburk, Podebrady, Lysa nad Labem a Milovice. U mě si to zamilujete, protože dům je útulný a poskytuje klid a pohodu včetně velke zahrady. Pokud máte rádi cyklistiku, rybaření nebo kanoistiku, jste na dobré adrese. Mé ubytování je skvělé pro páry a rodiny (s dětmi).

Nabízím netradiční ubytování ve zcela nové maringotce anglického stylu "shepherds hut". Samotná maringotka je velká 6x 2,5m a k vybavení patří sprcha, bojler na teplou vodu, separační toaleta, dřez, indukční varná deska (v zimě lze vařit na kamnech- jídlo chutná na ohni perfektně :) ), lednička s mrazničkou, rozkládací gauč pro dva a velká postel 2,3x 1,7 m s futonovou matrací s chráničem. V krátké vzdálenosti je Jezero Lhota, skvělé na koupání. Autem cca 3 min.

Krásný, plně vybavený dům 3kk s vlastní zahradou. Dům je designově laděný. Součástí je televize, rozkládací pohovka v obývacím pokoji, který je propojen s kuchyňskou linkou vybavenou vestavěnými elektrospotřebiči (vestavěná lednice, trouba, mikrovlnná trouba, myčka) včetně digestoře, manželské postele a šatní skříně v každé ze 2 ložnic. Z jedné ložnice a z obývacího pokoje je vstup do zahrádky s venkovním posezením. V koupelně je sprchový kout, záchod a pračka.

The nice simple appartment with separated entrance from a street - contents from main room, bathroom and hall. There is no kitchen, only kettle and mini fridge and some dishes for breakfast and snack. Appartment is opposite to the beautiful largest forest in the Prague. In front of the house is small zen-like garden and small zen-like garden is also on the opposite side.
