Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

The house is undisturbed and beautiful situated on a large 5000 m2 natural plot only 250m from the beach and 4 km to the shopping centre. Close to a large forest area, where you can cros the old border to Germany and on to Flensburg within an hour. The old Gendarme path is 250m from the site and leads along the water all the way to Sønderborg. The campsite is situated 300m from the hause and here they offer access for children and adults to their pool, minigolfe and bouncy castle.

Classic summerhouse with a panoramic oceanview

The house which was originally built for the Danish cartoonist Bo Bojesen is newly refurbished in 2020 with a lager terrace from where you can enjoy the oceanview while cocking or baking a pizza in the wood-fired pizza oven. The house is furnished with classic danish furniture and is child-friendly. There is a playhouse, a slide, and toys. The sandy beach is only 200m down the hill and the paved road and 100m behind the house you will find a natural forest with hilly trails.

Vi udlejer vores hyggelige charmerende og nyrenoveret sommerhus, som befinder sig i rolige omgivelser med udsigt til Flensborg Fjord. Skal du væk fra hverdagen, elsker at slappe af eller være aktiv? Så er huset det helt rigtige. Boligen befinder sig ved stranden og Gendarmstien. Det rummer et stort køkken-alrum, to værelser, bad, og stor have med solrig terrasse. Der er kun få kilometer til byen Broager med indkøbsmuligheder. Prisen er ekskl. Strømforbrug: 5.00 dkr. pr. kWh.

Die Ruhe genießen

Hier ist Platz für die Familie mit und ohne Kinder. Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Es steht ein Kletterturm sowie ein Fußballtor zur Verfügung. Der Garten ist über 1000 qm groß. Dort ist Platz zum grillen, spielen oder die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt. Natürlich ist auch ein Babybett im Haus. Zum Strand sind es 15 Min mit dem Auto. Nach Rømø ca. 40 Min. Das laden von Hybrid und Elektroautos ist untersagt

Die Hyggelei (Strom inklusive!)

Im Sommer 2021 ist unser zweites Ferienhaus fertiggestellt worden. Auch diesmal haben wir alles dafür getan um das Haus sowohl stilvoll als auch kindergerecht einzurichten. Kinder finden hier reichlich Spielzeug und ab Winter 2021 wird der Garten vielfältige Spielmöglichkeiten wie Schaukel, Trampolin und Fußballtore bieten. Wir haben uns bei der Einrichtung besonders viel Mühe gegeben und hoffen, dass es euch gefällt.

The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. In addition 2 people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable pull out couch. A cosy automatic stove that heats the house even in the cold periods. The key box ensures easy and flexible check in and -outs.

Unser Ferienhaus liegt am Ostseefjord Schlei und ist ideal geeignet für Familien, Wassersportler und für entspanntes Arbeiten mit schnellen Internet! Das Haus liegt am Rande einer Ferienhaussiedlung, mitten im Grünen mit phantastischen Blick auf die Schlei. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Wasser. Das Haus, die großen Terrassen und der Garten bieten bei jedem Wetter Platz zum Spielen und Entspannen.

Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement befindet sich nur einen Steinwurf von der Strandpromenade und der Fördelandtherme entfernt und wir freuen uns, euch als Gäste bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen :) Sowohl der Parkplatz als auch die Bettwäsche sind, wie alles andere bei uns inklusive)) Auch unsere Fahrräder könnt ihr sehr gerne nutzen :)
