Huset ligger på en mindre befærdet vej med 300 meter til indkøbscenter, der indeholdende supermarkeder, bager, apotek og lægehus. Tæt på huset findes områdets bedste badestrand med fri adgang til badebro og legeplads. Husets have kan benyttes til leg og der er havemøbler i den tilhørende gårdhave. Ich möchten, dass ihr euch rundum wohlfühlt und euren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen könnt. Ich freue mich besonders auf Familien mit Kindern. Tolle Busverbindungen bringen einen innerhalb von 10 Min. ins Zentrum von Flensburg. Dänemark ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder auch mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Einkaufsgelegenheiten gibt es in unmittelbare Nähe. Minigolf direkt vor der Haustür. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Parkplatz direkt kostenlos vor Ort. Unmittelbare Strandnähe.
