Boendet ligger mycket bra till, väldigt nära spårvagnen. Boendet är 95 kvm, ljust, fräscht och vilsamt med fyra rum och kök, praktisk planlösning med ett stort vardagsrum, samt tre sovrum. Välutrustat kök. Badkar. Braskamin. Wifi. Rymlig, solig uteplats med både bord, stolar och klotgrill. Upp till 10 sovplatser. Hundar välkomna!

Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. The house is located in a quiet area, just 2,5km to swim in the ocean, 10km to Gothenburg city and 2 minutes walk to the bus. It's also possible to charge your electric car at the driveway. The outdoor room is easy to open up so you can dine there no matter the weather. Bedset and towels are included since nov 2024. The person making the booking must be at least 30 years old.
