Our stay in Tokuto’ house was very nice. Alan ,the host ,picked us up from the ferry and offered to drive us to different locations . He arranged renting bikes for us and went thoroughly through places he recommended on the island . We got the true experience on how it is to live in a classic Japanese house on the country side. We really enjoyed the beautiful garden and views over the port . We can highly recommend recommended this house .

とても素晴らしい3泊4日の旅でした。 離島というロケーションは初めてでしたが、とてもアクセスがよく、過ごしやすい気候で、静かで、穏やかで、とても気に入りました。 家族3人でお邪魔しましたが、3人には広すぎるスペースを贅沢に使って、海の音を聞いて、癒されながらのんびり過ごしました。 基本はBBQをしたり、キッチンで簡単なランチを作ったりしました。 外食も予定していましたが、臨時休業だったり、予約で満席だったりで、事前問い合わせは必須です。 島唯一のJAの商店でカップ麺を買ったりハーゲンダッツを買ったりしてワイワイ楽しんだ日もあります。 島の方々もとても親切でアットホームでした！ リカさん、本当にありがとうございました。 また女木島に遊びに行きますね！

This is our second time to stay in Tadashi's property, and we went with our sons' families including 2 kids. Tadashi couple have specially arranged extras for the kids, including child size kimonos, kid's menu, and toys. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 4 nights, and greatly appreciated Tadashi couple's extra effort to make our stay the most memorable one.

위치가 아케이드 메인 거리 끝자락이라 아케이드를 끝에서 끝까지 왔다갔다 하며 돌아보기가 좋았습니다. 타카마츠 역에서 10분 정도 걸었던 거 같아요. 근처에 라이온 거리라고 식당들이 있는 길도 있어서 좋았고 방 두 개에 화장실과 욕실 별도, 세면대 공간도 문으로 닫을 수 있어서 일행과 번갈아 씻을 때 편했습니다. 소파가 잘 움직이는 게 신경쓰였으나 앉았을 때 편해서 만족. 침실 한 쪽이 공기가 차가워서 난방 온도를 꽤 높여야했던 걸 빼면 전체적으로 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 또 이용하고 싶어요!

Super nice house, esp the bath tub. Everything are nice and clean, suitable for family with kids. Host are very helpful and attentive. We had a nice time living here!

Der Bauernhof mit Tieren und einem Baumhaus ist perfekt für Familien. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert! Wir durften beim Füttern der Tiere helfen und wurden dabei herzlich begleitet. Die Gastgeber haben sich Zeit für uns genommen, uns alles gezeigt und waren unglaublich gastfreundlich. Morgens und abends wurden wir mit köstlicher, authentischer japanischer Küche verwöhnt, die der ganzen Familie geschmeckt hat. Man wohnt gemeinsam mit dem Ehepaar im Haus und bewohnt dort ein eigenes Zimmer. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Kamebishi House! Iori is a wonderful host - very warm, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable with her casual and approachable style. She provided a thorough walkthrough of the house so we knew how to make ourselves comfortable. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the entire soy sauce making process, and is an excellent chef (we highly recommend eating at the Moromi restaurant attached to the soy sauce brewery!). We participated in the pizza making workshop and tour of the soy sauce brewery. The handmade soy sauce pizza & salads were delicious, and the brewery tour was so informative. Iori was also very helpful in recommending a great restaurant for dinner (Gowariyasu, or さぬき三本松 吾割安) which was also delicious, with very friendly and energetic service. This 100-year-old guesthouse was very clean, charming, and full of history, and the washroom amenities were modern and comfortable. Many thanks again for making our stay such a fun experience!

Wonderful stay in a traditional house. The place is located just outside the city in a peaceful neighborhood next door to a shrine and gardens and rice fields. Masae is such a kind person and super fun to talk with. Overall it was one of the best lodging experiences in Japan and highly recommended if visiting anywhere near Tokushima. Hope to return one day soon.
