The balcony is a great place to wine down while looking at the beautiful trees of Avenida Veracruz in front of you, or the city's oldest fountain to your left. Fully-equipped kitchen with all essentials and extra goodies for you to enjoy. Comfortable bathroom with good-pressure rain shower, and hot water. Additional services are offered which can be arranged after your reservation is confirmed. These include: daily cleaning service, laundry and dry cleaning, meal prep, driver, and others. Just tell us what your needs are and we'll make sure to accommodate them! You'll be in a unique, comfortable apartment located in one of the prime areas of this city, right where Condesa meets Roma, surrounded by main transportation accesses. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which is accessed by a private entrance. This entrance leads to both apartments that we have, so you will be sharing it with other fellow Airbnb guests. Having a private entrance and staircase, with self check-in and keyless entrance door, will give guests more privacy and comfort during their stay. Check-in and Check-out times will be previously arranged. We are always flexible, trying to accommodate guests' arriving and departing times. Our city guide was made with lots of love, sharing our favorite and most valued places in the city. And we are always available for any questions or help that guests may need during their stay. With its tree-lined streets, two parks, and top bars and restaurants, colonia Condesa, or 'La Condesa', is one of the city's most popular and charming neighborhoods. Castillo de Chapultepec, Paseo de la Reforma, and the Chapultepec metro are all just a short walk away. Walking is the best option, especially since there is so much to see and explore in Condesa and other nearby neighborhoods, like Roma. All main public transportation is just a block away. The metro line that stops here, Chapultepec stop, takes you straight to the city center. If you prefer riding by car, Uber is always the most efficient, and quite cheap, option. We also have a great, trusted driver that offers transportation services to places like Teitihuacán, where you can see the magnificent Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon.

Esta zona es conocida por sus preciosas calles arboladas, grandes restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas de todo tipo y galerías. La colonia es céntrica ya que es fácil llegar a varias zonas interesantes como La Roma, Polanco y Escandón. Asimismo esta zona es conocido por su ambiente familiar y bohemio que se viven todos los días en las calles. El departamento esta ubicado en un segundo piso arriba del Café Toscano donde podrás disfrutar de un gran desayuno incluido. En la azotea podrás disfrutar de una vista sensacional hacía las copas de los arboles. El departamento cuenta con cocina equipada, sala, comedor y baño. Asimismo cuenta con servicio de Limpieza incluido There is a shared rooftop where guest can enjoy a great view to the park and sit down to work or hang out. Entrada independiente ingresando por la sala a una escalera algo estrecha que llega al patio exterior y conecta a escalera de caracol a la habitación. Tenemos luggage room en la planta baja, el cuarto cuenta con tv, wifi, cocineta, comedor exterior y baño. Terraza ideal para relajarse y leer en la hamaca. Gran ubicación en Condesa llena de lugares caminando!

Our loft, Xoxotic (green in Nahuatl), is located only a few blocks away from Condesa and Roma Norte, two of the “it” neighborhoods in the City, where you can find lovely cafés and bakeries, art galleries, indie boutiques, and some of the best restaurants in Latin America. The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.
