J'ai passé une expérience magnifique dans cet appartement ! ll est exactement comme sur les photos, très propre et bien agencé, L'endroit est situé dans une zone calme, tout en étant proche de toutes les commodités nécessaires, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. Mariem, l'hôte, est vraiment exceptionnel.Elle est très gentil et réactif, répondant rapidement à tous mes messages De plus, elle m'a permis de venir avant l'heure du check-In à, ce qui a été un geste très apprécié. Un grand merci à Mariem pour son hospitalité et pour avoir rendu mon séjour si agréable. Je recommande vivement cet appartement, c'est un véritable havre de paix !

Un séjour absolument parfait chez Ben Hmida ! L'appartement est idéalement situé à 30 secondes à pied de la plage, juste en face du légendaire restaurant Saf Saf, où l'on peut même apercevoir un vrai chameau à l'intérieur, une expérience unique et typiquement tunisienne ! Le logement lui-même est charmant, sécurisé, très propre, avec une ambiance authentique et chaleureuse. On s’y sent tout de suite bien, comme à la maison. Excellent rapport qualité/prix, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Ben Hmida est un hôte accueillant, attentionné et très professionnel. Je recommande à 200 % et je reviendrai avec plaisir ! Je connais la résidence mais c'est la première fois que je loge dans l'appartement de Nour. Merci beaucoup Nour pour votre accueil très chaleureux . Amir est sympathique et très réactif. Le logement est conforme à l'annonce. Il permet d'accueillir au maximum deux personnes ; idéalement une. Parfaitement situé à La Marsa : à 200 m de la mer et du centre commercial Zéphyr où l'on trouve tout.

Wir hatten das Appartement für 5 Nächte gemietet und waren mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs. Wir haben direkt am Appartementkomplex immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Supermarkt und Imbisse direkt in der Umgebung. Auch das Café im Haus war sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber, genauso wie auf den Fotos, auf Nachrichten wurde sofort reagiert und bei Problemen geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Une nouvelle découverte et mon nouvelle endroit quand je viens en Tunisie au top rien à dire, j étais à 10 minutes en voiture de tout les endroit favoris, tout les équipement sont nickel et surtout la communication avec les hôtes au top ! A très vite ♥️

This is one of the most elegant, clean, and comfortable apartments I have found on Airbnb. Usually, I write reviews highlighting both positive and negative aspects, but this time, I couldn't help but give 5 stars for everything. Communication with Lina was seamless, and the internet speed was fantastic. The cleanliness of the apartment, the tranquility, the luxury, and the security (I used the parking for my car) were all top-notch. The neighborhood felt very safe, especially at night. A delightful touch was finding pieces of chocolate, biscuits, and coffee waiting for us upon arrival. It made us feel incredibly welcomed. Thank you, Lina, for such a thoughtful gesture! I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking an exceptional stay. Whether you're traveling solo or with a couple, you won't regret choosing this apartment. Die Wohnung ist schön, modern und gut gestaltet. In einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, ohne viel Autoverkehr. Es gibt fußläufig einen großen Monoprix und andere Geschäfte und Restaurants oder Cafes. Wenn man ins Zentrum von Tunis oder zum Strand will, muss man allerdings immer fahren, Taxis sind allerdings sehr günstig, und somit eine gute Entscheidung

Very very nice design apartment with everything you need, ideal for couples. Quiet area, not very close to main city center attractions (but taxi will get you there easily), but closer to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, Marsa. Supermarkets and money exchange are close, you can get there by foot. Definitely recommended, especially for travellers that intend to rent cars.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, le logement est idéalement situé pour pouvoir faire des activités. Et l’hôte est très réactif au moindre question, je recommande vraiment ce logement.

We recently stayed at Imen’s Airbnb and it was excellent. The apartment was very clean, the beds incredibly comfortable and the living room was cozy and a great place to relax after a long day in the Carthaginian heat. Even better was the hostess's responsiveness, local advice, and warm welcome. She was humble and open to improvement and went out of her way to buy missing kitchen appliances and bathroom supplies to make our stay more comfortable. We highly recommend this place ☀️🐟🌴

Ich hatte einen außergewöhnlich schönen Aufenthalt bei Alex! Er war unglaublich freundlich und professionell und hat meine Reise nach Tunis wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Egal, was ich während meines Aufenthalts brauchte – Alex war stets hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Besonders toll war auch der Abend im Club mit ihm – eine unvergessliche Nacht! Ich war schon mehrmals in Tunis, aber dieses Mal war mit Abstand das Beste. Ein großes Dankeschön an Alex und auch an Hamdi für ihre Gastfreundschaft!
