The apartment is only 150 m away from the beach and 400 m from the city center, surrounded by a spacious pine forest. Fully equipped apartment with washing machine, dishwasher, air condition, Satellite TV, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, hairdryer, iron, free WiFi, a terrace with a nice garden and a free parking place in front of the house.

You’ll be mesmerized by the spacious, fenced garden which offers unrivaled privacy and a sense of serenity.<br>On the ground floor, guests can unwind in the comfortable living room and cook delicious meals in a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table. There is also a bathroom and a small storage room. Upstairs, there are two opulent double bedrooms with a luxurious bathroom.

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Car is recommended, although you can easily reach the beach and the center on a bike.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
