My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Jedes Haus verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang. Die Häuser liegen mitten in der Natur umgeben von alten Olivenbäumen auf einem grossen Grundstück. Die Meersicht ist spektakulär. Yoυ will find this beautiful apartment in an area called "Paleologio". It is located between Sparta and Mystras. Only 5 Minutes by car to both of these places. Perfekt as a base to combine all the attractions in Sparta, Mystras and mount Taygetos. Also it's about a 35 minute drive to the nearest beaches in Gytheio, Mavrovouni and Bathi. The apartment is located on the groundfloor of a bigger house with total 3 Floors. It has a separate entrance and access to the garden in the back.

George's Country Guesthouse

Ο ξενώνας βρίσκεται σε μία ήσυχη γειτονιά με ευχάριστο κλίμα, κατάφυτη από ελαιώνες σε μικρά λοφάκια, στην περιοχή Μαυροβουνίου, 3 χλμ κοντά στο γραφικό Γύθειο. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία είναι η αμμουδιά του Μαυροβουνίου που βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 1,5 χλμ από τον ξενώνα, όπου σε κάποια σημεία είναι οργανωμένη με ομπρέλες, καταστήματα εστίασης ενώ σε πολλά άλλα όχι τόσο πολυσύχναστα προσφέρεται για ηρεμία και απομόνωση. Ο ξενώνας κατοικηθηκε για πρώτη φορά τον Απρίλιο του 2024.

Το κατάλυμά μας προσφέρει γαλήνη και επαφή με τη φύση, με τον ήχο των κυμάτων να συνοδεύουν τις μέρες και τις νύχτες των επισκεπτών, αφού η παραλία βρίσκεται μόλις 15 μέτρα από την είσοδο. Ο αίθριος χώρος μας είναι δομημένος έτσι ώστε ο κάθε επισκέπτης να έχει τη δυνατότητα να ηρεμεί κάτω από τον έναστρο ουρανό. Οι αγροτουριστικές συνθήκες που περιβάλλουν το κατάλυμα ενδυναμώνουν την επαφή με τη φύση και ταξιδεύουν νοερά τον επισκέπτη στο χρόνο.
