It is 2 blocks from Lake Champlain, the Echo Science Center, and bike path and 3 blocks from Burlington's iconic Church Street Marketplace. We are a mile from the University (UVM) and University Medical Center. The Loft is upstairs from August First Bakery, next to Anjou consignment store and Restaurant Poco. Fair Haven Loft in The Lloyd Jacobs House

This is one of the nicest units I rent. The space is in an historic renovated building in downtown Fair Haven, VT. The space was originally used to manufacture shirts. I have divided the 1600 square feet into a two bedroom loft. It has very high ceiling and windows. It is very spacious and has been completed updated. The loft has it's own kitchen (not shared) and it's own lock and key. Since it is on the third floor of the building, it is very quiet and secure.

This is a spacious guesthouse/retreat where you can relax and unwind. There are great views and walking down the road is serene, with open fields bordered by woods and teaming with wildlife. In the winter you can Nordic ski or snowshoe right outside your door, through fields and woodland paths down by an active sugar-bush. We currently have chickens as well as my friendly dog Annie who loves to play. We also have a young kitty named LB who is a pip.
