Enjoy the forest views from the private balcony. The house is located on tree-laden land, close to Alligator creek, with hillside views and natural charm. Although Texas' oldest dance hall is only a five-minute drive and one right turn away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Located 4.7 miles from downtown New Braunfels (10 min. traffic permitting), 6 miles to Schlitterbahn, Landa Park, and floating area of the Comal River downtown. 8 miles to Gruene. For those coming in for work, the property is 2 miles to the New Braunfels airport, 5.2 miles from the hospital, and within 10 miles to most of the New Braunfels Schools.

It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants.
