Your apartment, with its own front door is attached to our home but feels very private. It is newly redecorated with an open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room. Two bedrooms both with shower ensuites , one a king bed and the other a king or 2 single beds. Enjoy our log burning fire or go outside and enjoy the outdoor brazier while sipping a local wine and stargazing.

Spectacular sunset views over the lake. Top cafes and restaurants nearby. Five min drive into Arrowtown and base of Coronet Peak in 10 min. Close to all ski fields. Avoid the traffic. Peaceful and quiet location. Friendly and helpful hosts who live upstairs. Simply perfect!!

Our home is located in beautiful Arrowtown, with the Arrow River reserve (great for biking and walks, or a refreshing dip) just over the road, and the Arrowtown Golf course very close by. Walking into the village is a pleasant 20 minute stroll (for the average person) or slightly longer if you walk along the river. We built our home ourselves in 2007. It is modern but classic and decorated with contemporary colours and warmth. We would love you to come and stay.

The guest ensuite room is joint to our home, with magnificent views of the remarkables mountain range, central heating, ensuite bathroom, tea/ coffee facilities, fully self contained and its own seperate entry for complete privacy.

Perkin’s Lake View Apartment

Private unit, (attached to a main house) one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, hot tub, and outside sitting area over looking the marina and The Remarkables. Cafe's, brewery, wine bars 2 minute walk. Please note it's a shared drive way, and the spa is on the drive way we absolutely respect every guests privacy. we will be sharing the driveway to enter the property, but two separate entrances. Please note two guests only as it is small and cosy.

Hidden Gem - Self Contained One Bedroom Unit

Contemporary self contained one bedroom accommodation is perfect for you alone or a couples getaway with full PRIVACY (available only till mid April). Warm, fully equipped functioning kitchen, stunning views of the Remarkables & just a few minutes drive to amenities while only a 20 minute drive to downtown QT.
