HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We loved it so much, this was our 2nd stay. Group of 13 friends just hanging out for the weekend. Things that stand out include the absolutely pristine bathrooms and the fully stocked kitchen. All the pans, utensils, cutting boards, baking pans, etc. you need. Lots of places I've been to don't have things like measuring cups but they have everything. When we had questions, response was fast. Nice common area for everyone to hang out in. Just a great place.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Piedmont University. Ally and Brad were great and responded to questions quickly. They let us check in early and check out late. Great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for a wedding we were attending. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Nice clean space and Manny was a great host. The only drawback was that there was someone living in the basement, a tenant, which I didn’t see in the listing. Though it was not an issue / didn’t ever see the person, I did find it to be a little uneasy - like something from a scary movie that there was someone else there! Overall the place was great, so just wanted to share a bit of feedback to perhaps update the listing.

If we could give 12/10 stars we would. Excellent communication, squeaky clean house, great linens and towels (cotton not cheap polyester). One of the better AB&B I've experienced Looking for homes in the mariettta area we will be staying there again.

This was our second time staying with Rene and Lindsey. We had an emergency need to find a place and they were extremely responsive and booked us right away.

Awesome place, awesome neighborhood and area! Kitchen was pretty stocked so that's cool!! TVs were quality and worked seamlessly! Couldn't have chosen a better place for our stay! Host was responsive and awesome! Thanks so much!

This place is so cozy and beautiful. The decor is so adorable. We had a girls weekend and really enjoyed the view from the deck and jacuzzi time. It’s really close to town yet quiet and wooded. We would definitely recommend this place!!!!

The Cane Patch is our ‘Go to’ place when we are staying in Dahlonega. We love this place and rent it at least twice a year without fail. Ross and Evelyn are Super Hosts, have a hidden gem of a place, and have become our very good friends now for almost a decade. Walkable to town, the UNG campus, and any type of restaurant that you desire, this is the place to stay. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend this enough! The area surrounding the Airbnb is beautiful, as well as the property itself. Tom and Christine are incredibly welcoming and worth getting to know.

Great comfortable stay.

Very unique place with more fresh eggs than you can eat and take home. Steve meets you when you arrive which nice to meet the host who is full of information and recommendations. We felt very much at home there. The location is central to the most beautiful water falls and hiking trails in North Georgia. I think we could live there. Can't wait to go back.

I had a wonderful stay. Staying at a place close enough to the city but out in the country (of sorts) was exactly what I needed. The drive was peaceful as I past all the farms and pastures. The farm itself is beautiful. Flowers, fountain, beautiful Japanese Maple tree and a huge deck that Darlene is gracious enough to share. Darlene was very helpful during my stay and suggested a great local restaurant. Turned out they had 1/2 price appetizers when I went. I really liked getting to know some of the locals while visiting this restaurant. I loved visiting the goats, donkeys and horse each day. Darlene even left me some carrots on the doorstep to feed the animals. This was a perfect location to meet friends north of Atlanta in Alpharetta and Woodstock since each was less than a 30 minute drive and the farm provided the tranquility I was looking for on my short vacation. Definitely would recommend Darlene's place if you're looking for a place to stay north of Atlanta.

I sent a booking request while looking for a place very last minute, my reservation was accepted within about 5 minutes!! Any questions I had from the moment we arrived were answered in a timely manner, which were few because the listing instructions and descriptions were so thorough. The unit was beautifully decorated and cozy, we immediately felt at home when we walked through the door. The pricing was extremely fair for the quality of the unit and access to a very nice gym & pool area. This is a great rental with an excellent host!

Daniel was very friendly and responsive. We needed an extra towel and they brought it over in 15 minutes. One night I was a little cold and found a great space heater in the closet. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The host went above and beyond by graciously extending our stay, which made our trip even more memorable. The place itself was spotless and impeccably clean, offering a level of comfort that made it feel like a true home away from home. Located amidst a nice neighborhood, the surroundings provided a perfect blend of tranquility and safety while being only about a mile away from the downtown square. It was really nice to wake up to the sights and sounds of nature, while still enjoying the security and comfort of a well-maintained space. From the thoughtful gestures of the host to the charm of the property, everything about our experience was exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, safe, and idyllic retreat. We can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our family trip to Helen GA. The location was convenient for us to walk all over town, even with elementary aged kids in tow. They also enjoyed splashing around in the river behind the property and at the playground just next door. The property itself met our needs, with space for everyone. We did note that the downstairs bunk bed was very tight, to the point where my 9yo felt too cramped on the lower bunk and chose to sleep on the floor. There are also some areas for improvement, like the back sliding door is very difficult to lock, the pocket door to the bunk room gets stuck in the open position, and the glass shower door seems unbalanced so it opens itself. Those were not dealbreakers for us, but would be nice to improve.

The rental was just as described, and the host was very helpful! Would recommend this place to any friends who want to stay in the area and need a simple place to stay for 1 or 2 people. The condo is an easy walk to all the downtown attractions, without paying for any of the bells and whistles that we didn't need.

This is a nice little house in the woods that is perfect for a getaway with a partner. The location was private, and there was a local store down the road if you needed anything else. Really nice kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Only complaint is the water smelled a little off (latexy), but I’m sure that’s just an issue with getting water to the location that’s out of their control. Other than that it was a great little getaway for the weekend and I highly recommend.

The condo was perfect! Host responded to messages within just a few minutes. Perfect location in the downtown area. Very clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay again!!

Loved loved loved this condo! We will be booking again and coming back with family. The bedrooms were spacious and both large with large bathrooms. Extremely spacious for two couples and maybe a kid or two :) the place was extremely clean. Only suggestion I have is to extend check out to 11 so you can get a reservation at the black sheep down the road on your way out of town! They did extend this for us and we were grateful!

We absolutely loved our time in Helen and the lodging was no exception. The place was very clean and was only a minute or so from most of the things we did downtown. It was nice that the neighborhood was gated and made us feel at ease. Would recommend for sure!

This spot was amazing to stay in and we would absolutely visit again. Close enough to downtown to have fun but far enough away that you felt like you had a private space in the woods. The upstairs swing was pure bliss with a cozy, fluffy blanket on a brisk morning. The only real issue we ran into during our stay was with parking. The garage only fits 2 cars comfortably and we had 3. The person with the most reliable E brake gets the hill! Also, bring your own toiletries. They weren't provided and the local store is a little pricey.

This was our 2nd time staying at William’s condo. Perfect location, beautiful, and had many comforts of home. This condo does not disappoint! The host(s) were great in their communication with us and responsive to our messages. We will definitely be back!!
