The Highland Lakes region of Central Texas Hill Country offers many activities that include; boating on constant level Lake LBJ, taking vineyard tours, golf courses nearby, fishing, horseback riding, hiking the trails at Inks State Park , spelunking in the Longhorn Caverns or jumping off a rock bluff at the Devils Waterhole.

The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .

You do not share our 4 units and 5 acres with anyone else. You are renting the entire place! No pet fees …but please let us know how many you are bringing. Our quiet & peaceful Texas Hill Country property is perfect for your group (sleeps up to 21) of friends, family or co-workers to enjoy the outdoors. The 5 acre property sits amongst beautiful heritage oaks about 45 minutes from west Austin & 15 minutes to Marble Falls & Johnson City.

Come enjoy the enchanting sunsets (and sunrises for you early birds!) that this welcoming property has to offer. This 3-bed, 3-bath, 2,600 square feet home fits 11 and is the perfect place for friends, family, and pets to come together and create some unforgettable memories. Note lake water levels vary, but we prepare for this by having awesome beach activities. Our pet fee is $35 per pet. All use of amenities are at your own risk.
