The home has 3 bedrooms, 3 and half bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, large family room, gorgeous dining room, sunroom and a playroom which is considered our 4th bedroom with a sleeper sofa with a plush mattress and a closet. The home is directly on the water and has a large lawn with a fire pit area and picnic spaces. About 15 minutes to downtown Charleston.

Great family escape! Enjoy our beach, dock and boat ramp as well as our game room and fully stocked kitchen. This is the complete family reunion location! We purchased our lake home, built in 1980, in 2009 and began renovation. We updated the kitchen and baths, plus new carpet, tile, windows, appliances, and a complete update to the exterior with new landscaping. We also replaced the dock and the seawall. It has been a journey and we hope you love our house as much as we do!
