Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

Talukinnistu suurel territooriumil on võimalik jalutada mööda jõeäärt ning argipäevade muredest lahti ühendada. Lisatasu eest on võimalik lõõgastuda jõe ääres asuvas led valgustuse ja mullidega kümblustünnis või puuküttega saunas, kust avaneb imeline vaade Põltsamaa jõele.

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
