You can enjoy Rainbow River, Three Sisters & Hunter Springs with just a short drive . There is boat ramp access across the street with plenty of room for trailer parking on our property. Rainbow River is also accessible by boat from the property. Our brand new bungalow style home places you right in the middle of endless activities!

Located in Rio Vista which has it’s own private gated 3 acre park on the Rainbow River! The park has bathrooms, pavilions, grills and a boat ramp - so BRING YOUR BOAT! Relax riverside at the private park where you can fish and swim. Park is five minute walk (2 blocks) from the home. Free for guest use are kayaks and paddle boards. They can be transported with the golf cart which has a hitch and kayak trailer. If your vehicle has a hitch you may to use it for other area destinations.
