This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. Next to miles of trails, 15 minutes away from Tahoe’s beaches and skiing. Curl up under a cozy down comforters and fall asleep listening to the wind in the pines.

Sierra Studio ( permit# HRP-094 )

Studio apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is attached to the main house but is separated by a wall. It includes a private, outdoor sitting area with grill. Private bedroom space separate from living area. This is a great location with a 15 min bike ride to beaches as well as several hiking trails in walking distance. Bike rental, coffee shop and restaurants are within walking distance as well. There are three ski resorts with in 20 minutes of the apartment.

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.
