Timms Cottage is a rustic farm cottage and allows you to relax with an indoor outdoor space giving you breath taking views of Mt Dobson, Fox Peak and our farm. The cottage is situated behind the family homestead within our garden on our farm, providing a peaceful and private setting. We are a working farm. We are 10 km from Fairlie which has some great eating places, 3 km from Lake Opuha and half an hour from Mount Dobson and Fox Peak. Tekapo and Geraldine are only half an hour away.

The cottage has a homely feel and has been loved by guests that have stayed before. In the older established part of town, we can guarantee a quiet, enjoyable and peaceful stay.

Big Sky Apartment is attached to our lovely lake-house in a great part of Tekapo. It is close to everything but quiet. There are stunning views of the mountains. We have Sky TV and free Wifi for your enjoyment. The apartment has its own separate entrance and a small outdoor patio including a table/chairs. Inside the apartment is a lounge-kitchenette, king bedroom and bathroom. It is doubled glazed, has heating/air conditioning and is equipped with everything travelers need.

This comfortable studio is the perfect home away from home. Suitable for a single or couple. It offers all one could need whilst visiting beautiful Lake Tekapo. The studio sits below and separate to the main house, and is equipped with Queen sized bed, cooktop and private bathroom. The unit is a ten-minute walk to the lakes edge, the iconic Church of the Good Shepherd, and the town centre, where you can dine, shop or explore the many activities Tekapo has to offer.

This bach is the perfect place for your alpine escape. The quintessential A-frame holiday home! The downstairs kitchen has everything that you would need to cater for your group - new fridge/freezers, an oven, stove and microwave among other things. There is an open plan living and dining area with a good heatpump for the colder months, a dining table and couches. A sunny deck area opens off the lounge to enjoy the sun and the views of the mountains.
